Ruben is simply fantastic! He’s very knowledgeable, kind and always has a smile on his face. Today, he came to help inspect my elderly parents home and made sure to answer all of their questions. He was asked about a whole house filtration system and before leaving he made sure to provide the estimate, walked my parents through all the options, explained the differences between each option etc.. Hired the Vines team to replace my HVAC system and install 2 mini split systems. I am beyond pleased with all aspects of this transaction. The salesman went over our old system, listened to what issues we were having and suggested remedies for the issues. He did not know it, I was a plumber with HVAC experience. His suggestions were right on the mark. The installation crew was phenomenal. Once again, they explained the complete installation process to me and gave me options, where applicable, so my system would be custom tailored to me. They were on time, courteous, and very clean. Everything is installed straight and level and works great in this 90 degree plus weather. Our comfort is beyond what we expected. They are truly quality craftsmen. I would not hesitate to hire the Vines team and I plan on using their services on future upgrades to my home. Thank you for a great experience!

WE were fortunate to get team Vines Sean and Keith both! While it was a minor problem with our outdoor a/c…. It was major to us! House set at 75 and our indoor was reading 83. Quickly solved! But I started to query Keith …. Thinking of the age of the system…and he not only climbed a time or two into our hot attic… he outlined our potential options when “the time comes” and we really appreciated his advice along with the pros and cons of each potential replacement. Sean was Johnny on the spot checking this and that…came to find out the outside unit was unplugged! Who knew??? Both gentlemen were friendly and professional! I’d have them back anytime!

Great semi-annual HVAC maintenance today that's part of the Vines service plan. The technician Landon was very knowledgeable and thorough, inspecting and cleaning the indoor and outdoor units. He also offered good suggestions, and I got a very detailed report afterwards with lots of photos of everything that was done. Great job!!
