Landon Rhodes performed our 6 month HVAC inspection. He was very thorough and pleasant. He explained what he was going to do, and answered all of our questions.
Over the past 5 years Vines has always sent knowledgeable and professional service staff to our home. We have never had a “rude” person, from the office staff to service staff. Kudos to Vines for their performance, I highly recommend them to any homeowner.

Nicholas and Carson were my plumbers and they did a fantastic job. They installed a garbage disposal in no time, fast, clean and job well done.

Nick Ryan and Rakeem McCray replaced my bathroom faucet today. They were great. Didn’t bat an eyelash when they had to change out the the rusted valves that feed water to the faucet. Highly professional and very friendly. Vines is pretty pricey, but I’ll call them again when I need some help.

The pros from Vines were courteous and helpful when they inspected my condo’s plumbing and AC unit. They explained their findings clearly, providing me a straightforward, needs-based assessment.

I must say more: our water heater was leaking and I called Vines. They were out that day, assessed the situation, replaced the water heater, and kept me informed during the entire process. Jody was great. Thanks Vines.

The two technicians who came out were professional, courteous, and resolved my issue quickly. My only concern was with the communication surrounding the “free quote.” When I initially called, I was told the quote would be free; however, I later learned that a diagnostic fee is required before they can provide an estimate. This was not clearly explained upfront.

The overall cost ended up being reasonable, but the unexpected diagnostic charge caught me off guard. Once technicians have already traveled to your home, it can feel a bit awkward to decline service. To be clear, this was not the fault of the technicians—they were excellent. The issue was simply a misunderstanding in the information provided before the appointment.

Overall, I had a positive experience with the company, and they successfully fixed the problem. I would just recommend confirming any diagnostic or service-call fees ahead of time so there are no surprises. If you’re not comfortable paying approximately $200 for diagnosis before repair costs are discussed, it’s worth getting clarification before scheduling the visit.

We called for emergency service because our air went out during a heat wave. The technician was able to get here 2 hours before the estimated time. He was courteous and professional and presented 4 options for repair of our unit. This is not the first time we’ve called Vines for help and if needed we would use them again.

I cannot recommend Mark McMullen and the mitigation technician team,Brendan Velez and one other technician team member at Vines Restoration Services enough! When several floors of my home flooded due to a leaking refrigerator, they came to my aid incredibly fast. The crew immediately assessed the damage, extracted the water, carefully removed the damaged materials, and set up drying equipment before mold or mildew could take hold. Project Manager Mark McMullen is a true professional in every sense of the word. His calm demeanor and thorough assessment of the damage instantly calmed my nerves during such a stressful crisis. He handled everything so expertly that I realized how hard his team was working, which brought me great comfort. Thank you, Mark, and the entire team, including Jody for saving my home!

I was given a time window and Craig arrived as expected after prior notification that he was heading our way. Notification included a picture which was appreciated. Craig was very mature and engaged in our conversation. We discussed several options for resolution to my request for an economical outdoor hot water source for a kiddie pool. Summertime in SC. Last Friday our upstairs A/C decided it would be a good time to rest, and it was only 99° outside…and 78° inside. We were In a Bind and Called Vines. After a 1 minute conversation with Jenn, she was able to get us on the afternoon schedule, we appreciate her promptness and professionalism. A Few hours later Bob Drozdowski arrived and went to work. Sean and Alex were wonderful. I started with one thermostat and, with their advice and expertise, decided on another. They were knowledgeable, understanding and patient with me. Answered all my questions and gave me a lot of information on maintenance programs.

Our Service Tech from Vines Plumbing Team, David Brennan provided an excellent and thorough inspection and maintenance service of our entire plumbing of the home (Bathroom showers, sinks & toilets, washer and kitchen sink and garbage disposal) as part of our annual service contract. He was very meticulous and careful during the process and reviewed everything he checked and serviced along with recommendation for further enhancement and/or improvement of water pressure. We had a slow leak from our washing machine that crept under our dining room floor and destroyed around 900 SF. Vines came in, removed the damaged floors, drywall and trim. Replaced all expertly and worked closely with our insurance company to ensure we paid only our deductible. Thanks to all Vines employees and subcontractors, especially Tony Cooper who went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend Vines for all services they provide.

They were able to answer all questions, the install was excellent, this was for a new Air conditioner and heating unit. And some plumbing work also. 10/29/2025 Landon did an excellent routine maintenance for the beautiful HVAC system that Vines installed 6 months ago. This HVAC System Rocks! Landon knows HVAC like the back of his hand and explains how the work for women like me. Can answer any questions, in a simple understandable format. It is great to work with Landon and others who make maintenance enjoyable again. I never worry after Vines fixes something, and Landon is one of your best! Update-4/30/2026 Landon came out to help me reset two Ecco Thermostats (downstairs and upstairs thermostat). He knows anll about phone apps tech to set up apps and get them running again. Just a few minutes of verifying the email and resetting a password and my two thermostats were back on line with my HVAC system. The new HVAC came in last year, I loved it from the first week and a year later I love it even more. Landon also explained a few more things to me about the water filtration system I had installed last spring. This guy understands and explains equipment in an easy to understand manner. I will have Vines take care of my next plumbing project gladly. Update April 28, 2026 Bob was here on Tuesday to do the yearly maintenance on my HVAC system. He checked all of the heating and cooling equipment in the attic, sent me a list of everything he checked with pictures and explained why the system is doing well at 1 year old.He examined everything on that attic machine. Then he went to the outside machine, did all kinds of maintenance and cleaning and testing plus explained all that to me. I love this HVAC system even more than I did a year ago. It got me through a hot summer and a very cold winter. Bob will always be welcome to work on my HVAC, he could answer whatever w questions I had. Update 4/28/2026 Larry and Dave are the two guys who checked my plumbing for the yearly inspection. They checked everything faucet for water pressure and no dripping. Checked all my pipes for under the bathroom sinks Checked the water temp and and in the garage checked the hot water tank. They also drained and flushed the hot water tank and also checked the Halo whole house water filtration system . They were there along with HVAC Bob and examined everything, no problems found. They will answer any questions you have. They are also welcome to come back and take care of my plumbing and HVAC. Well writing down everything the three men did on 4/28 and the app re upped on my phone for the thermostats on 4/30 is making me exhausted. Vines people know how to install and fix and upgrade, and I even love my Moen Leak shut off device that was installed. That’s a whole entry Vines upgrade that I love.
