I’ve had a great experience with Vines HVAC & Plumbing. From the office to the service call, everyone was friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful.

Hannah and Grace in the office were wonderful. They listened to my concerns, communicated clearly, and made sure everything was handled appropriately. Sean, the technician, was also great—professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to listen and address my concerns without making me feel rushed.

What I appreciated most was how much everyone seemed to genuinely care about helping me. The service was fast, friendly, and professional from start to finish.

Vines is honestly one of the best HVAC companies I’ve ever used, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC or plumbing service. I’ll definitely be calling them again in the future!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about the entire vines teams that helped us out during a difficult time. We are so happy we made the call to this company. The employees were so respectful, helpful and knowledgeable, telling us every step they took. The plumbing team Ben and Zane, the Hvac team Shawn, Josh, Jayson and James and of course Hannah phone tech made us know the work was being done with expertise. Thank you Vines! Good job. Answer to all my concerns

Bob came quickly on Sunday afternoon. As all Vines techs he was very professional, courteous and patient. He identified the problem, had and used other vines personnel to bring the issue to the next step as quickly as possible. He and Vines are greatly appreciated, other companies would have left, said yup you have an issue, but can’t tell you any more until I talk to my guy tomorrow. At true professional, excellent company!

Professional, knowledgeable and able to answer all questions

From last Tuesday 8.18.26 our experience with Jonathan and Sean to today with Hunter and Tom was very positive. Each and everyone was professional and very knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend and use Vines for any of my future home needs. Thank you for employing such professional gentleman. We needed a new hvac system after our 21 year system gave all it could do. These professionals work long and hard hours to help keep us comfortable.

Landon was very nice and knowledgeable. He did a great job even helped us with our fire alarms putting a new battery in it. I appreciate everything he did. Thank you so much. Have a blessed week.

Tech was very friendly and professional

Landon is an excellent service rep! He explained the problem, displayed solutions, and provided photos of repairs once complete.

Nick Ryan and Rakeem McCray replaced my bathroom faucet today. They were great. Didn’t bat an eyelash when they had to change out the the rusted valves that feed water to the faucet. Highly professional and very friendly. Vines is pretty pricey, but I’ll call them again when I need some help.

Bob was very Professional, polite, knowledgeable & passionate. He provided World Class Service. He took time to explain everything in detail.
