Today, we had a follow-up service call with service tech Bob Drozdowski to replace our AC compressor capacitor. From the very start, Bob was polite, professional, and extremely thorough. He clearly explained what he was going to do before starting and walked us through everything once the job was complete. We couldn't be happier with his work! We also greatly appreciate the excellent customer service provided by the entire Vines team. There are a lot of AC contractors in the Myrtle Beach area, but Vines will always be our go-to. Highly recommended!"
