Keith came out to look at extending A/C into a glass enclosed porch. Although it was not going to be as easy as we thought, Keith took his time to explain our options and even educated me on heat pumps and how they work and why some are more efficient than others. I would highly recommend Vines and Keith for all your HVAC needs

Zakk was very professional and explained everything he was doing.
This started as an estimate but turned into a service call when Zakk realized I didn’t need the work done but he had to do some troubleshooting instead. It looks like he was able to completely resolve our issue of taking so long to get hot water.
