Boarding up homes to protect assets and belongings demonstrates our dedication to safeguarding the well-being of our community members.

Supporting Our Wounded Warriors (SOWW)

Night to Shine

Vehicle Donations

Our generosity extends to providing multiple cars to members of our community in need, offering a lifeline and enhancing their mobility and independence.

Innovative Marketing Campaigns (e.g., our Big Game Promo)

We not only support individuals directly but also utilize creative marketing campaigns to further our mission of community support. For example, we gave away a quarter of a million dollars worth of HVAC units in 2023 during our Big Game Promo and plan to do it again during the upcoming SuperBowl.

Employee Well-being

Our commitment to our staff is exemplary. Initiatives such as breakfasts, birthday celebrations, and recognition of hire anniversaries foster a positive work environment and staff morale.

Supporting Employees in Times of Need

Our commitment extends to our employees in times of personal hardship. For example, we purchased and installed an HVAC unit for an employee who experienced a personal loss.

Disaster Relief Efforts

We contributed 3,000 meals a day for two weeks during Hurricane Florence, and the active involvement of owners Stacey and Rick Vines in storm recovery efforts reflect our dedication to helping communities in times of crisis.

Christmas Partnerships

During the holiday season, we collaborate with Food Lion to distribute turkeys to families in need, spreading warmth and joy during Christmas.

Adopt-a-Child Program

Our kitchen sink plumbing had a clog . They gave us the next day appointment. The plumber was here on time and he was excellent and very professional. Everything was clean when he left. All I had to do was put things back under my sink. What an exemplary employee he is for vines.

The plumber, Joe R, was knowledgable and took time to answer all of my questions. He showed me the problem and then offered a few solutions. Joe let me decide how I wanted to proceed with no high pressure sales pitch along the way. I was also impressed at how neat and tidy he was throughout the entire process. I will use Vine's again for any future plumbing needs.

We were very pleased with Greg's work. He arrived at precisely the time they stated. He met us with a nice smile & methodically took his tool & supplies out of the truck. There were 2 bathrooms one with tile in the shower & the other with an acrylic shower to put in safety bars. We never realized the delicate work that was involved. The technician worked alone, very patient, informed us and had me check the placement & measurements before accurately placing them. He informed me that needed screws or something to complete the job. He left & returned within the hour from Home Depot. He cleaned both areas before he left. We certainly feel a lot safer that these were installed. Respectfully, L & B
