Keith was very attentive and listened to our concerns. He gave us honest feedback on what to do to fix the airflow issues. He even came back to go over everything again after we researched his suggestions. How could we not switch to Vines, a family owned company that really cares about customers first. When you have a business that takes care of their employees the way they do, it flows over to the customers. 5 stars is not enough.

Vines did an excellent job helping us to locate and fix a water leak issue at our house. They were proactive with confirming appointment times and gave plenty of notice when technicians were on the way. Their communication with us was excellent. They went over all the options with us and answered all of our questions. When deciding whether to only fix the repair or to re pipe the entire home, the technicians were very patient. They did as little demolition as possible until they could determine if re piping or a repair was the best option. The technicians gave me the time and space I needed to make a decision. When the job was done, the home was left extremely clean. I am very impressed with the customer service and the professionalism of all the technicians that came to our home.

Very knowledgable staff! Alex and Sean were on time to install new heat strips in my old HVAC unit. I got updates via text and email before they arrived and I was able to track their location.
