Our Service Tech from Vines HVAC Team, James Russell provided an excellent maintenance service of our Gas HVAC system as part of our annual service contract. He was very meticulous and careful during the process and reviewed everything he checked and service along with recommendation for further enhancement of our system. Quite a professional and courteous worker.

2/6/26 Jody Vines determined where pipes had burst & made required repairs and insulated new pipes. He determined there was a small hole in the skirting that allowed the wind to blow into the crawl space. He made a temporary patch to cover the hole. He recommended the water to be cut off at the meter when house is not occupied. Great customer service! 2/2/26 my neighbor heard water running at my house when she took her dog out around midnight. Snow on the ground and extreme cold. I called Vines for emergency service. Jody Vines was dispatched and turned off the water at the meter around 2am. He advised that most likely a pipe had burst under the house in the crawl space. I don’t live there. I live in Atlanta area. A friend will go there to check the interior. I will call Vines to schedule repair & insulate all plumbing in crawl space. Thankfully, I have a plumbing & HVAC service contract with Vnes. They always provide prompt and expert service. Hunter Vines came out to assess problem right away when I called for emergency after hours service 8/19/23 (1am). The water authority had turned off the water at the meter. Hunter turned the water on & found the leaking hose was the problem. The appliance is 17 years old so I decided to have it replaced even though only the hose was defective. Hunter & Andrew picked up new appliance & all components, removed the old appliance, installed new appliance with catch pan, plumbed & wired & turned water back on 8/19 by 5:30 pm. New appliance was installed in a temporary location until water damage restoration is complete but will place in designed area after restoration. They also hauled off the old appliance and components. Superb service! I was referred by my insurance agent, Greg Drennan, SC Farm Bureau, who is friends & networks with Rick Vines.

Joey Vandenberghe was awesome and he helped us and relayed information on what he was doing the entire time he was here. Joey was very professional and was able to correct our outdoor plumbing issues. Everyone with the Vines team has been there when we needed them. We feel completely taken care of with Vines. Thought he was very polite and helpful especially at the spur of the moment, but the pricing for the diagnosis was way over price! As it turned out I had to replace the unit which cost me over 1400 dollars which included the installation. We used the plumber that the builder uses for the replacement and installation of a new unit. He wanted to charge me 4100 for a new box...

Water backing up from showers and toilets at 5 pm on a Friday. Bones was able to send Sam who arrived around 7pm, he was very professional and a good communicator. After 2 hours of analysis and work he cleared a large blockage in our pipes! Thanks Vines, you’re awesome!!

The project manager, Mark McMullan, went above and beyond with his water damage inspection today. He was not only extremely thorough, but pointed out many things that our insurance company and previous restoration company missed. Very friendly and documented everything along with guiding us through the next steps. I'm very impressed with Mark's findings, knowledge, and suggestions. We look forward to working with him in the near future. I wish I'd knew about Vines the night of my water damage incident. I'm very picky, and would recommend this company to anyone.

Leak under sink from valve. Vines came, shut off water to unit, replaced valve, water back on, the end. All dry now.

The Vines team was prompt, punctual, and professional with all of their actions replacing our water heater, and water sourced heat pump.

It was below freezing on Sunday afternoon and a water line broke. I didn't know how to turn off the water. I called Vines. The service was wonderful. Vines has gone above and beyond to help us get our heat back up and running the day after the snow storm, coldest day of the year! I called 6 other local companies yesterday Sunday 2/1/2026 at 1pm and no one would come out and help us. Alex got here Sunday evening was so kind, helpful and knowledgeable he had us running in 15-20 minutes! We could sleep peacefully with heat! We have had so many problems with our system that is only 5 years old! It’s so frustrating . So Today Jayson came out and installed sensors to monitor our system and I feel like this company CARES! Our Service Tech from Vines Restoration Team, Justin Kelly, provided an excellent repair and painting of our bathroom ceiling which was damaged due to a leak in the ceiling. He was able to match the paint and avoid a total ceiling painting. He was very meticulous and careful to avoid making any mess in the process. Quite a professional and courteous worker.

This morning I noticed a smell from our Essency water heater that we have had for two years. The office sent Kelly Hickman and Joey Vandenberghe out when it was determined the unit had to be replaced. Rick Vines spoke to me personally and assured me this was a very unusual situation and that he will be sure to remedy the problem. Within several hours we have a new Essency unit installed and up and running. Both Kelly and Joey did a great job and thank you Rick for the fantastic customer service. You have a customer for life!

Jayson looked into a warning given by sensors in out attic. This is during g our cold snap in January. I was a verification that there is no problem. He also reinvestigated a recurring sound problem and gave us information regarding what to do so it doesn’t continue. We appreciate him!

David Brennan came to install new faucets and lifts. He was very professional and knowledgable and did a fantastic job. He had to cut the walls and he put panels in for future access if needed. David is friendly and personable. Being deaf, we appreciated his efforts to communicate with us.

We had Vines come out for a second opinion on an HVAC issue that we had. They had concurred with the original diagnosis that the unit had to be replaced. Like the original company that gave an estimate, Vines had given us four options of units based on advantages and price point. What set finds apart from the other companies was that they sat down with us at the table and showed us all the units and explained why each unit would be beneficial to our particular house. Additionally they went through the problems that they see with our ductwork and the way that it was routed during original construction. No other company has ever explained to us that the way that the ductwork was routed was actually killing our previous unit because it was not done efficiently. We chose to go with vines because they had units that were more efficient in size, speed, electric usage, and price point than the other units offered by other companies. The crew came out two days after our signing of contract and began work. They work diligently, respectfully, and ethically because any issues that arised they brought it to our attention and explained why it should be addressed. They were very friendly and on time, and they communicated with us throughout every step of the way. At no point did we ever feel like we were unsafe with strangers in the house, or we were being ripped off by conning contractors. We would highly recommend Vines to all of our friends and family for professional work to be done within their home.

You guys are Great! Eric and Jacob were on time, they assessed the problem and determined the sewer lines in the kitchen and washer area were clogged and needed to jet the lines from the roof. They left for a while to get the jet machine and returned. They worked on the sewer lines for a while to make sure the were free of clogs. Eric and Jacob worked hard and made sure we were happy before they left. These guys were great and very professional. This is why we always call Vine's

My good friend Candy said to me “if you’re in a bind call Vines”. That’s just what I did this morning. I needed a shower valve repair. Josiah arrived quickly and began to work on my repair. Then I mentioned some other small issues I was having. Which he was happy to look at. In the process, we walked by my 19yr old hot water tank and noticed it had just started to leak. Like what are the odds of that timing?!?! Josiah called the office and just a short time later Keith & Fred arrived with my new Essency water heater. Keith, Josiah and Fred quickly and effiently installed my new water heater, replaced my shower valve, installed a new toilet, new shower head and finally a new kitchen faucet. Kevin came and saved the day when we ran into an issue with the faucet and he work Could not be more pleased with the quality, care and professionalism I received. Yesterday morning (Jan 22) Landon Rhodes came first thing at 8:30 for our Platinum Promise maintenance service. He thoroughly checked HVAC ductwork, changed the air filters, checked all Air Handlers electrical connection and the blower motor amp rating. Since we are on the plan there was no cost. We would recommend Landon and will continue to request him from Vines

We had a flood in our laundry room due to the washing machine drain line coming loose. This caused significant damage to surrounding rooms on the second floor and below on the first floor. Brenden Velez and Samuel Moody came within the hour to assess the damage and got started removing all the damaged materials. Brenden and Ruben Aguirre were on site for the next three days and I can’t even describe how friendly they are along with the dedication and pride they put in their craft. Zakk Ludlam and Mark McMullan were also amazing. I can’t fully put into words how helpful this crew has been during a very stressful time but they now have a customer for life.

We had to have our whole plumbing pipes replaced under our older home and all the way to the city sewer in the back because of old pipes being compromised and they did a fantastic job. l had HVAC work after the coolant line was punctured. The guys did a great job until I had and inspection done by your company that. I signed up for. He noted and took pictures of damaged which was done to the out put to the ducts it was completely disconnected and all the hot air was going directly to the attic space. This caused no heat or limited heat to the upstairs which in turned cause the system run and never reached temperature. I cannot image what my electric bill will be. Needless to say one problem was fixed and other problem was caused. So two stars is generation. .

Vines and their technician responded quickly especially since the HVAC zone went down on a Saturday. James isolated the issue throughly as a blown motor and we got a new one ordered on the spot. He did a good job explaining exactly how it happened.

Scheduling a service call to see what was wrong with the HVAC system was easy. I got a text, with a picture of ROB my technician that was arriving. Rob was fantastic! He explained everything to us. Keith then came out to FULLY explain our options in units to choose from. Both of these gentleman were so knowledgeable and personable. We have a big install job, three days starting tomorrow already. We have peace of mind thanks to Vines. UPDATE🥰Thanks to CJ and Austin who did the total job of removing old ductwork and units and putting in all the new ductwork and HVAC. These two gentleman work non-stop. Personality plus too! They are dedicated to their employer and it shows. Happy employees make for a job well done! UPDATE: Called Vines because auxiliary heating came on. No problem Vines said tech will come out. Sean the tech comes and explains why my auxiliary heat came on. Unit functioning perfectly. My point - Vines sent another outstanding employee to my rescue. You really need Vines for all your HVAC needs.

The service was Beyond excellent it was fantastic when I called Vines the receptionist that answered the phone was very helpful and set up the appointment for me. When the technician came he was excellent he showed me what he was going to do and how he was going to fix it and also pointed out where the shut-off valves are to the gas line if I ever needed to know how to shut it off myself. Nick Ryan was extremely polite and very nice. He is in my opinion a great asset to your company. He also took the time to explain other services that you offer your customers as well. Vines will definitely be my go-to company for future Services when I need them. It's nice to have a company that you know you can rely on.

I just keep updating positive reviews but I have to shout out Jody for the incredible job he did problem solving today on a leak in our shower. He worked hard to diagnose the problem and the pricing was reasonable.

What an adventure it was with the Vines Plumbing and Heating Family, it began the week of Jan 12th -Jan 15th. I signed up for the Platinum Promise membership on the weekend, and I was booked immediately for Michael and Landon to inspect the house on Monday. We were able to achieve the following installations in less than a week : Heat pump repaired, whole-house purifier, ESSENCY hot water heater with HALO whole-house water system, new kitchen sink and faucet. Three new faucets for the bathrooms, along with new toilets, and the finale was a Laundry PRO for the washing machine. The Laundry Pro, for those unfamiliar with it, new technology that infuses water with oxygen and hydrogen to clean laundry without detergent, using only cold water. The laundry pro is a game-changer when it comes to doing laundry. We would like to thank Michael, Landon, Alex, Craig, and Samuel from the bottom of our hearts for their professionalism and for completing my long list of to-dos. Thank you Vines for fixing a toilet leak issue in our 18 month old house. Apparently the builder did NOT feel the need to actually attach (bolt) the toilet to the concrete foundation. Not a joke! Thank you Technician Zakk L for thoroughly troubleshooting and repairing the problem. Yes, I'm using Vines for future issues as needed.

I had a pretty complicated hot water issue, involving a tankless water heater and hot water that would come on late and come and go. I spoke with Dennis who heard me out (i vented for a while) and said he and Roy would come out and take a look. They arrived promptly amd got right to work, asking me to walk them through the problem again. They determined it was the recirculation settings, amd made adjustments that solved the problem......but not right away. They stayed to be sure the recirculation line was working and noticed it got cold very quickly after the pump shut off. Thue realized the city water back pressure was pushing the hot water out of the recirc line. They installed a check valve and VOILA! super hot water instantly and as long as we need! Thanks to Dennis and Roy for listening, being thorough and making 100% sure the problem was solved! Glad I bought the annual service program!!! Great Work Vines!

The tech that showed up was polite courteous found the problem quickly He changed the contactor which I believe is approximately $20 cost me $266 so I believe the pricing was too high I do like the response. The company has through text messages. They get back to you quickly and promptly set an appointment for the repair, but unfortunately, I think it was too highly priced.And

Just moved into a new house and had a leak under the Kitchen sink. Called Vines and they were out within a few hours on a Sunday. No emergency fee because it was during normal hours. Vines plumbing and David Brennan are the best we've ever had. David will investigate a problem until it is resolved. Two instances I recall: #1 a slow draining tub that several other plumbing companies could never solve. David opened the drywall and discovered that the drain pipes were improperly placed at right angles to one another so that the drainage would be so slow that water would rise in the tub. #2. We had water on the floor outside the bathroom and across from the washer dryer. David pulled out the appliances, replaced the toilet and ultimately discovered that the water was coming from a condo upstairs and we reported it to the management. He is like an amazing Sherlock Holmes. Vines always shows pictures of the work they have done. Vines sends a picture and a brief write up about the person who is coming. The technicians were booties so floors are protected.

Jared installed 11 shutoff valves, two faucets, and a water heater (with assistance from is assistant Ruben) in a timely fashion and with the utmost of professionalism. I'm grateful I chose Vines Plumbing and Heating to accomplish these issues. I was also fortunate enough to catch a promotion to have my water heater and HVAC at a reasonable price.

Vine's service technician, Joey Vandenberghe, arrived promptly on January 5, 2026 after we contacted Vine's regarding a water bill that suggested a big water leak. Joey confirmed the leak and then went about a step by step search. He found a cracked pipe under the house and successfully solved the issue. During the search Joey also found a second leak, very small, and fixed it before it too became a problem. Also, we knew we were due for a new hot water heater and had planned on getting one soon, but Joey was able to complete that work the same day so we didn't need to schedule another appointment. Joey was phenomenal, very professional and thorough in all aspects of the work he performed. Joey and Vine's really came through for us! Thanks!

If you want reliable, friendly and professional service give them a call. After a friend raved to me about this company, I called them the next day. From the first phone call to my most recent visit yesterday they are a 9/10. And 9 simply because I don't give 10/10, so they are excellent! A few days ago Sean came to do maintenance on my HVAC and trouble shoot a few things. Again, Sean was a 9/10! Yesterday Joey, 9/10 came to check all the plumbing and also flush my hot water heater. He went above and beyond. Explaining things and answering a multitude of questions. I could write a full page about the service and the people at Vines. The most noticeable thing for me was no one ever rushed what they were doing. Never pressured for time. Just great service from the office to the individuals who come out to do work or services. Glad I found them!
