Jayson looked into a warning given by sensors in out attic. This is during g our cold snap in January. I was a verification that there is no problem. He also reinvestigated a recurring sound problem and gave us information regarding what to do so it doesn’t continue. Today he replaced out thermostat, he freely shared the entire process and set it up on the app, making sure we understood all the I d and outs. We appreciate him!

After calling Vines to a sudden sewer backup in all possible places loud and rapidly with force- they responded immediately. The sewer had quit running backwards by the time they arrived- water was on the floor, in tubs, shower, sinks, kitchen sink, etc. thankfully they arrived quickly and showed they would take care of the problem. Those two guys showed me compassion for te difficulty and assured me they would take care of it. I commend Zakk and his partner. They know the plumbing business and are an asset to Vines.

I have used Vines multiple times, and I have ALWAYS been more than pleased. Toilet repair/replace, plumbing repair, water heater replaced, ceiling stained from roof leak, floor damage from water leak, restoration from small stove fire. The sewage lines backed up. Ruben and Mike responded. They took good care of the problem, which happened to be a tree root. I had a thermostat issue that cut my heat off during one of the last couple days in South Carolina. Vines heating was able to get me an appointment that same day. I had locked myself out of my thermostat, not knowing how to get back in, and Sean came in and knew exactly what to do. We figured out the issue was indeed the thermostat. Even Though they knew I needed a new thermostat they went ahead and did a thorough visual and check on my furnace anyway. Shawn was able to get me a new thermostat and he installed it for me and helped me program it and help me to understand it before he left. His amazing experience and knowledge let me know that I made the right move by hiring vines to come out for my furnace service repair. I highly recommend vines for any kind of Furnace or air conditioning service or repair.

The HVAC technician ' provided excellent customer service.

Ruben Aguirre was our service man for plumbing today. He performed a yearly maintenance check on all of our plumbing outlets and waterlines. Ruben is very knowledgeable, friendly and more importantly, helpful in explaining the details to some of the things he worked on And maintenance upkeep until his next visit. As we understand it, the PLUMBING visits come once a year according to our program that we have with VINES. His recommendations for water treatment and a new hot water. System was greatly appreciated and under consideration. Ruben was a great representative of the company and they should be proud to have him as part of their crew. We originally contacted Vines looking for a quote for a tankless water heater. Nick Ryan was the technician who came out and he was awesome! He checked our current hot water heater, noting the expansion tank wasn’t working which I why our hot water was so limited. We discussed electric tankless, gas (propane) tankless, fixing our current hot water heater, and the Essency water tank. Nick answered all our questions, and was happy to go into detail explaining our options. He was knowledgeable, detailed, and overall a very personable and friendly guy! Ultimately we decided on the Essency water tank and could not be happier! This thing is amazing! Installation went smoothly and quickly, and the Essency is a great looking unit…. We love that we can control it through an app to change temperature or boost it if we have guests in town and need more hot water. We were super impressed with Vines and would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat! Big thanks to Nick for being an expert technician who is super knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to work with.

Had no gas getting to gas grill, somehow water got in the gas line. David cleared the line and got things working again quickly and we approved an estimate for a pressure test to validate no leak in the gas line, schedule TBD at this time. Very nice employee, hope to see him again. Total price will vary dependent on results of pressure test.

My HVAC needs to be replaced. Vines is the only company I could find willing to work with my insurance. Jonathan and Dylan went above and beyond to communicate with the insurance people. I am impressed with their professionalism, courtesy, respect and patience working with me. Update: 3/9/2026. After 15 grueling days of dealing with Choice Home Warranty my claim was finally approved. This would never have been accomplished without the persistence and assistance of everyone at VINES. Today Austin and CJ completed the installation ( in less than 5 hours) even with me bothering them for the steady barrage of additional information requested from the insurance claims department. I look forward to many years of improved heat and air conditioning quality and efficiency of my new unit.

Vines did an excellent job helping us to locate and fix a water leak issue at our house. They were proactive with confirming appointment times and gave plenty of notice when technicians were on the way. Their communication with us was excellent. They went over all the options with us and answered all of our questions. When deciding whether to only fix the repair or to re pipe the entire home, the technicians were very patient. They did as little demolition as possible until they could determine if re piping or a repair was the best option. The technicians gave me the time and space I needed to make a decision. When the job was done, the home was left extremely clean. I am very impressed with the customer service and the professionalism of all the technicians that came to our home.

The team at Vines is amazing. My 90 year old father had a major water leak and I live 700 miles away by the time I arrived they had everything under control. Professional, kind and capable. I can’t say enough good things about them. Shawn and Josh were great! Joey also…everyone we have encountered has been so helpful and again kind-means a lot when you are dealing with someone that is 90!

The service technician, Landon came out to install a programmable thermostat for me. I am not tech savvy, but he, and Jonathan were very patient and showed me many times how to change the program when necessary. I told them I still wasn't comfortable doing it on my own, but they assured me that I could call them any time to help walk me through the process. I would highly recommend these gentlemen.

We had second floor clog that caused the washer to flood the upstairs bathroom and water went through the kitchen ceiling below. John came out on a Sunday afternoon and took care of the clog. We needed to mitigate the damage, so Brenden and Ruben started working on removing damaged materials and setting up drying equipmen. They documented everything throughout the process for insurance purposes. Mark also stopped by to get more information for mitigation and insurance purposes. So, far we are very happy with the the services they have provide from multiple departments. Nick and Ruben also previously readjusted our tankless water heater mount we were well satisfied with that work as well, which is why we called for our current issues.

Vines is always responsive and on time otherwise they communicate status. This is my second time working with Craig. He is always professional and great communicator. I have been a General Contractor for 40 years. I wish more of my mechanical contractors and their staff operated like the Vines Team . If Craig is uncertain about something he calls in for support to check on any options that he may not have considered when troubleshooting. Solid technician. Vines is still working on options to fix my issue due to a part shortage but I am comfortable that they will find a temporary or permanent fix quickly. Enjoyed working with him and the entire team.

We can't say enough about Ruben's efforts and professionalism in resolving our distressful situation. We had a pipe break flooding our second floor condo. Ruben arrived shortly after we called Vine's for a plumber to make the necessary repair. It was a difficult task due to the nature of the old plastic piping, but Ruben worked diligently until the job was done. We couldn't be happier with the work done.

Valentine’s Day 2026 is one we won’t forget — and thankfully, neither will we forget the incredible service from Vines Heating, Plumbing, and Restoration!

We arrived at our home to begin the process of de-winterizing for the season. The moment we turned the water on, a geyser of water shot out from the side of the house — clearly a broken pipe. No water. Total chaos. And on Valentine’s Day!

We called a few local companies, but no one could help. Feeling completely “in a bind,” we reached out to Vines Heating, Plumbing, and Restoration — and we are so glad we did.

Ruben Aguirre showed up nearly two hours before our scheduled appointment. After being without water for almost 24 hours, seeing him pull up felt like a Valentine’s Day miracle. He was calm, friendly, and immediately reassuring. He clearly explained the repair process, set expectations, and even told us approximately when he would be wrapping up.

We ended up heading out to our Valentine’s Day dinner unshowered and wearing the same clothes as the day before — but we went with total confidence that we were in good hands.

When the check came at dinner, I received a text from Ruben letting us know the repair was complete and the water could be turned back on. That level of communication and professionalism meant everything to us.

We truly couldn’t have asked for better service. Ruben went above and beyond, and Vines Heating, Plumbing, and Restoration has earned customers for life. The next time we find ourselves “in a bind,” they will be our first call!

We had a water filtration system installed a year ago and needed the filters changed on the system. Craig, who was one of the techs during initial install, came out to do the annual filter change. We recently had problems with our factory installed water heater. Which was manufactured by Rheem. Vines came out, diagnosed the problem, contacted Rheem, made arrangements to fix our problem. I suggested that Rheem use Vines for our repairs. We were set up at Riverfest last year as a vendor. My husband went to get food, came back, reported Vines Heating and Plumbing, was actually praying in a circle around their set up. The whole team has been wonderful to work with. Rick Vibe owner, actually contacted me, help me through the process, more then once. I talked to him, day and night. Rick actually prayed with me over the phone, with some family illness and death of my brother in law. How many companies do you see doing this? Providing this high level of service?? It’s pretty much unheard of in the Myrtle Beach/ Conway area.

Zack was great. He was prompt. Explained the issues and associated fees. Job was completed and we had GRW&S valve issues. Their crew arrived and replaced the main water valve which displayed an additional break in the water pipe. Poor Zakk was on site for hours between fixing my issue and a simular issue across the street. Did a great job. Zack was excellent thru it all. We'll done!!

We have used Vines previously so when we had a major problem with a bathroom sink we called them and they were out within 48 hours. Nick, the service technician was great - timely, efficient and took the time to explain all the options for fixing the problem in a professional manner. He also went as far as calling the company owner when we needed more discussion on pricing and negotiated a reasonable deal and worked out a repair date best for us ~

2/6/26 Jody Vines determined where pipes had burst & made required repairs and insulated new pipes. He determined there was a small hole in the skirting that allowed the wind to blow into the crawl space. He made a temporary patch to cover the hole. He recommended the water to be cut off at the meter when house is not occupied. Great customer service! 2/2/26 my neighbor heard water running at my house when she took her dog out around midnight. Snow on the ground and extreme cold. I called Vines for emergency service. Jody Vines was dispatched and turned off the water at the meter around 2am. He advised that most likely a pipe had burst under the house in the crawl space. I don’t live there. I live in Atlanta area. A friend will go there to check the interior. I will call Vines to schedule repair & insulate all plumbing in crawl space. Thankfully, I have a plumbing & HVAC service contract with Vnes. They always provide prompt and expert service. Hunter Vines came out to assess problem right away when I called for emergency after hours service 8/19/23 (1am). The water authority had turned off the water at the meter. Hunter turned the water on & found the leaking hose was the problem. The appliance is 17 years old so I decided to have it replaced even though only the hose was defective. Hunter & Andrew picked up new appliance & all components, removed the old appliance, installed new appliance with catch pan, plumbed & wired & turned water back on 8/19 by 5:30 pm. New appliance was installed in a temporary location until water damage restoration is complete but will place in designed area after restoration. They also hauled off the old appliance and components. Superb service! I was referred by my insurance agent, Greg Drennan, SC Farm Bureau, who is friends & networks with Rick Vines.

Joey Vandenberghe was awesome and he helped us and relayed information on what he was doing the entire time he was here. Joey was very professional and was able to correct our outdoor plumbing issues. Everyone with the Vines team has been there when we needed them. We feel completely taken care of with Vines.
