My HVAC needs to be replaced. Vines is the only company I could find willing to work with my insurance. Jonathan and Dylan went above and beyond to communicate with the insurance people. I am impressed with their professionalism, courtesy, respect and patience working with me. Update: 3/9/2026. After 15 grueling days of dealing with Choice Home Warranty my claim was finally approved. This would never have been accomplished without the persistence and assistance of everyone at VINES. Today Austin and CJ completed the installation ( in less than 5 hours) even with me bothering them for the steady barrage of additional information requested from the insurance claims department. I look forward to many years of improved heat and air conditioning quality and efficiency of my new unit.

Tech. Showed up on time. Big plus. Explained everything going on. They did a wonderful job. Tarps on floors etc. When they were done they cleaned up and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. They were pleasant, cheerful and totally respectful. I would highly recommend this technician to inspect your unit for your air conditioning heating. Honesty is important to me, and I believe he has what it takes to be a good technician. Keith was very attentive and listened to our concerns. He gave us honest feedback on what to do to fix the airflow issues. He even came back to go over everything again after we researched his suggestions. How could we not switch to Vines, a family owned company that really cares about customers first. When you have a business that takes care of their employees the way they do, it flows over to the customers. 5 stars is not enough.

Vines did an excellent job helping us to locate and fix a water leak issue at our house. They were proactive with confirming appointment times and gave plenty of notice when technicians were on the way. Their communication with us was excellent. They went over all the options with us and answered all of our questions. When deciding whether to only fix the repair or to re pipe the entire home, the technicians were very patient. They did as little demolition as possible until they could determine if re piping or a repair was the best option. The technicians gave me the time and space I needed to make a decision. When the job was done, the home was left extremely clean. I am very impressed with the customer service and the professionalism of all the technicians that came to our home.
