One of the best experiences I’ve ever had in the world of appliance and home repairs. Ben, was our service professional. He was courteous, efficient, and took his time to explain everything he was doing. He even gave me advice on how to make these issues we were having not happen in the future. I’m always worried when I call for an emergency repair that I will be taking advantage of. I must say I called Vines for an emergency repair on a Saturday and they came out and did a great job. The service was excellent and they made sure to clean up their area as well as explain the details to me of the Repair. I will recommend them to everyone and know who to call next time I need a plumber. If I could get more than five stars, I would. Also, the person that took my call to schedule the technician was very polite and professional, and kept me updated on the repair person‘s arrival.

We started having issues with our tankless water heater. I made a call to Vines and they were on it. Service call next day in the AM and install done next day. Zakk was excellent to work with. Very honest and offered suggestions on how to resolve our issue. As a result of this experience I recommend Vines for all your plumbing needs. In fact we learned they have maintenance plans for plumbing as well as heating and air.

This started as an estimate but turned into a service call when Zakk realized I didn’t need the work done but he had to do some troubleshooting instead. It looks like he was able to completely resolve our issue of taking so long to get hot water.

Joe had to come out and service us after hours with a plumbing issue we had. He went above and beyond helping us solve the problem. He’s such a nice guy and a wonderful representative of this company. Never used before but absolutely would again and recommend to others.

We started the day meeting Hunter and Mr Tom asthey prepared to do a reinstall of our HVAC system. They explained what they were going to and went to work. The heat was terrible yet they maintained their professionalism...not quite sure how! As things were progressing they ran into a few problems, still they maintained and continued. After a long hot day, they did get everything done as it should be and up and running. They represented your company above and beyond not just with their professionalism, but with humor, compassion and care for us as homeowners...where did you find them? Do you realize how blessed you are to have them as your techs? Sure hope so because they represented your company with pride. Needless to say we are pleased with the service they provided, thankful and grateful they were dispatched to do our work.....they truly are the best!

I called Vines Restoration Plumbing HVAC for a service request for A/C not working.
Alex came out the same day and found the problem within minutes. He was friendly personable and very knowledgeable. We discussed repair options and decided to get a quote for a new system that he recommended. Daryl came out immediately and throughly discussed the new systems available and quoted a price for installation , maintenance and warranty. They both spent quite a bit time with us answering many questions to help us make a decision.
We decided to go with a new system , they set up a portable A/C unit for the weekend and came out first thing Monday morning to install the new system. Terrific customer service and professional courtesy.

This company the most amazing customer service I’ve ever seen! I had a sudden leak into my kitchen over a weekend and they were the SIXTH and ONLY plumbing and HVAC company that truly provided 24 hr emergency service complete with a lice and local customer service representative. She was so kind, nice, efficient and helpful and though I turned my HVAC off, she was already arranging an emergency service technician. Long story short, I asked for an appointment o. Monday and the technician was again, so nice, kind, efficient and worked in my attic which was over 110 degrees until all avenues of the origin of the problem were exhausted. The company I was using-which advertises 24hr emergency service did not return my voice mail that night- only the next morning! That’s not 24 he emergency service! So Vines now has my business!!!! SO PLEASED! Over the top service!

Very pleased! As the owner of a plumbing company myself, it was interesting to be the customer! I hired Vines to service a toilet for a family member who doesn't live near us. The service was great from the CSR who answered the phone all the way to Ben, who ultimately replaced the malfunctioning toilet. They arrived on time, offered options, explained things well, and were even prepared with a toilet on the van. The toilet install was done efficiently and looks great. Furthermore, they were spot on with price! Whereas the average customer doesn't always understand what REALLY goes into the price of a service, I definitely have insight. Kelly and Sandro! I can’t say enough. They arrived with smiles and warmth. Their professionalism showed itself as they inspected my water heater situation. My water heater was 12 years old …. They relayed we were lucky to get service from it that long. Sandro called the Calvary back at VINES and gave them a list of items they needed. Quickly and efficiently they drained my tank and boom! It was gone. Working together like a well oiled machine, they installed my new water heater. My husband in his 90s…. And legally blind…they took their time with me, pointing out everything I should know and dials to turn. And just like that my household was back in business! Nick Ryan and Rakeem McCray replaced my bathroom faucet today. They were great. Didn’t bat an eyelash when they had to change out the the rusted valves that feed water to the faucet. Highly professional and very friendly. Vines is pretty pricey, but I’ll call them again when I need some help.

The pros from Vines were courteous and helpful when they inspected my condo’s plumbing and AC unit. They explained their findings clearly, providing me a straightforward, needs-based assessment.

The two technicians who came out were professional, courteous, and resolved my issue quickly. My only concern was with the communication surrounding the “free quote.” When I initially called, I was told the quote would be free; however, I later learned that a diagnostic fee is required before they can provide an estimate. This was not clearly explained upfront.

The overall cost ended up being reasonable, but the unexpected diagnostic charge caught me off guard. Once technicians have already traveled to your home, it can feel a bit awkward to decline service. To be clear, this was not the fault of the technicians—they were excellent. The issue was simply a misunderstanding in the information provided before the appointment.

Overall, I had a positive experience with the company, and they successfully fixed the problem. I would just recommend confirming any diagnostic or service-call fees ahead of time so there are no surprises. If you’re not comfortable paying approximately $200 for diagnosis before repair costs are discussed, it’s worth getting clarification before scheduling the visit.

We called for emergency service because our air went out during a heat wave. The technician was able to get here 2 hours before the estimated time. He was courteous and professional and presented 4 options for repair of our unit. This is not the first time we’ve called Vines for help and if needed we would use them again.

I cannot recommend Mark McMullen and the mitigation technician team,Brendan Velez and one other technician team member at Vines Restoration Services enough! When several floors of my home flooded due to a leaking refrigerator, they came to my aid incredibly fast. The crew immediately assessed the damage, extracted the water, carefully removed the damaged materials, and set up drying equipment before mold or mildew could take hold. Project Manager Mark McMullen is a true professional in every sense of the word. His calm demeanor and thorough assessment of the damage instantly calmed my nerves during such a stressful crisis. He handled everything so expertly that I realized how hard his team was working, which brought me great comfort. Thank you, Mark, and the entire team, including Jody for saving my home!

Kelly came today to repair a leak in our bathroom and caused damage to the ceiling of the downstairs bedroom. He spoke with me and understood what He needed to do. He did his inspection and made his recommendation and I agreed with his assessment. Kelly was friendly, professional and very helpful answering my questions.

James was very professional. He listened to me explain the issue I was having ans worked to resolve the problem.

The employee Michael, introduced himself we talk then he look at what he needed to do , then he gave me a choice what the company offer for money what I wanted to choose so I choose the first option , might has well , he was here, he is very professional and polite and respectful, answer any questions I asked him., he did his job so easy and clean plus he found my glasses, and he clean them, I was happy about that, so happy with my new toilet so easy to get on and off, then he told me what he did.clean the shower drain and the pipe underneath the sink , and added enzymes plus the new toilet, he left everything so neat and clean, before I forget, when he came in he asked to check the hot water tank and the speptic tank , before he left he told me about this guy Elvis for the speptic and the membership program , maybe down the road the membership program , this was a expensive day, plus I must include my son , I was glad to have Michael come and do my job , I would recommend him , he is the best thank you for sending him , when we where done he felt like family ps it your commercial when your toilet is stock up call Vines 🩷😍

Craig, Greg, & Nick did an amazing job with a brand new water heater, Halo home filtration system, recirculater pump, Moen Flo emergency cutoff, and a reverse osmosis system. They were all courteous, professional, very well versed in their trade, and explained everything to me. All the piping and entire area was clean and looked extremely professional. Now I'm looking for projects to pull them in for. Would defintely recommend this company 100%! Thanks guys!

Sean and Alex were wonderful. I started with one thermostat and, with their advice and expertise, decided on another. They were knowledgeable, understanding and patient with me. Answered all my questions and gave me a lot of information on maintenance programs.

We had Vines come out and our experience was exceptional. The plumber was Greg Melia. He performed an inspection of our plumbing. He kept us informed when he would be arriving and demonstrated excellent customer service. He did a great job! I would highly recommend him.

This is our first HVAC Preventative Maintenance appointment with Vines. Our technician was Landon Rhodes. Landon was knowledgeable thorough and has an extremely personable manor. He encouraged me to ask any questions and even completed the programming of our Ecobee thermostat. I am super happy that we have our PM service contract with Vines and Landon. Our Service Tech from Vines Plumbing Team, David Brennan provided an excellent and thorough inspection and maintenance service of our entire plumbing of the home (Bathroom showers, sinks & toilets, washer and kitchen sink and garbage disposal) as part of our annual service contract. He was very meticulous and careful during the process and reviewed everything he checked and serviced along with recommendation for further enhancement and/or improvement of water pressure. Quite a professional and courteous worker.

Landon Rhodes performed our 6 month HVAC inspection. He was very thorough and pleasant. He explained what he was going to do, and answered all of our questions. Over the past 5 years Vines has always sent knowledgeable and professional service staff to our home. We have never had a “rude” person, from the office staff to service staff. Kudos to Vines for their performance, I highly recommend them to any homeowner.
