Mark McMullan was nothing short of amazing, professional and patient with explaining things to me extremely thoroughly and answering all of my questions. He showed empathy and care while also keeping me calm with own concerns. I was impressed with his punctuality and time management. He was super helpful with suggestions on what to test and I’m happy we also went with the air quality test. The way he got things done and got right to business. He was easy to contact before during and after if necessary. You have a great employee/team member over at Vines. ❤️ Thank you SO much Mark!!

11/22/2025 Service technician, Nick Ryan came out today to check for a possible leak at 5207 Bottle Branch Rd.
Nick Ryan seemed super friendly and very knowledgeable!
A small leak was detected and I asked him to hold off on any repair. I wanted some other work done as well and asked him to send me a quote. I'll be waiting on the quote to make my decision as to what I need to do.

Today was HVAC maintenance day at 5207 Bottle Branch Rd.
The technician today was Chris Jones, he introduced himself upon arrival. He was polite and friendly. He seemed very professional. Chris was very helpful in answering my questions.
8/11/25 Needed service due to hvac not working at 2111 WoodwardDr.
Messaged them early morning and a tech was sent out this afternoon.
The tech was Jose Dugarte, he was very polite and seemed to follow guidelines in entering home, He introduced himself and got right to work.
He seemed to have found the issue and has it resolved for now.
He explained what had happened and how it was resolved hopefully not to happen again.
I would definitely recommend Jose and would like for him to do all service issues with the hvac, if possible. Thank you, Jose!!
7/1/2025 Please give this young man, Craig Bushong, a raise. He was very kind, polite as could be, seemed very knowledgeable in what he was doing! Somebody did a fine job raising this young man! Craig placed the sensors in the home and then did plumbing maintenance inspection. I would definitely recommend his service to anyone in need! Thank you Craig!
7/1/2025 I was not here the day Jose came out. My sister in law was here. There was a mix up with techs and scheduling somehow. However, Jose did come out and my sister in law stated that he did an outstanding job!

He did preventive maintenance on my plumbing.

Alex and his teammate(I'm sorry I forgot his name). They both seemed to have done an outstanding job from beginning of installation to the end. The install of the new thermostat was explained as to how it works and that it can be set through my phone. Clean up was done after completion. New system looks great! Thank you!

7/5/1014 Josiah came out for plumbing inspection at my home(5207 Bottle Branch R.) 6/27/24. He greeted himself and got started right away. He was very friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. He was done in a timely manner. Thank you
5/16/24 Ivan Toledo came out to inspect hvac due to some leaking.
Ivan found the problem. It also seemed the hvac was very old and needed to be replaced.
Ivan was very friendly, seemed very knowledgeable and was professional. I would be glad to have Ivan come at anytime for hvac needs.

5/6/24 I called Vines to have my moms hvac checked due to an overflow causing the ceiling to leak. Ivan came out to investigate, found the problem but also found out the system was about shot. We ordered a new system. Ivan told us another team would be coming out to install the new unit. Ivan was very friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional.
An appointment was set up for the 10th for installation.
Nick Ryan seemed super friendly and very knowledgeable!

To the rescue for my plumbing issue was Eric Clay, who, by the way, arrived within one hour of my initiating a much needed service call. Beyond his expertise at a quick resolution of the issue, he was very engaging to share upcoming Thanksgiving recipies as well as go over Vines preventative maintenance options. No high pressure sales, just educated me on what was available. I did make a selection right for me that will provide service and peace of mind.

Vines did not disappoint. Scheduling the install of our new smart thermostat, despite our limited availability, was easy and quick. Stacey was professional in every way while accommodating our timeframe. Chris, the tech, who was sent to our home to do the installation, was professional, efficient and very respectful. Once installed, he took the time to fully explain the ins and outs of our new thermostat. Great experience from start to finish. Thank you Vines!
My technicians Nick Ryan and Ruben Aguirre were amazing. Best men for the job they could have sent. Very professional, kind, expert knowledge, and kept a clean work place. They were able to install a new water heater for my family after ours died a few days ago. As they worked they were also kind enough to pet our dog and play with my 2 year old little boy. He enjoyed watching them work and interrupt them with sword fighting. They did a job well done and we appreciate their hard work! Thank you Ruben and Nick!
Nick was absolutely wonderful! So professional, kind, caring, honest, and understanding. He made sure our water heater that we installed improperly was safe for my cats and kids to walk near, and was very up front with the pricing and options. The folks at Vine including Craig, Gene, Keith and Ruben did a top-notch job on installing my new water heater, whole-house water filter and a couple of related components. They moved things out of the way, finished everything in one day, and cleaned up and returned things to their original positions. They all were professional and answered all my questions. It was so pleasant dealing with people who want to do the job 'right' the first time. All the new equipment actually looks pretty. I was beyond pleased to be able to drink water from every tap in my house and it tasted and looked clean. I highly recommend these guys and this company.
It was such a great pleasure having Craig Bushong replace/restore my plumbing issues, not back to it's original state, but far beyond what it ever was! He was exceptionally outstanding and made me more knowledgeable about the process. His demeanor was very kind and comforting as he executed his skills to get the needed job completed. As odd as this may read, it was a reasonable pleasure giving Vines thousands of $ to detect and fix my plumbing problems. The overwhelming decider was the highly professional, educational, and friendly demeanor of Master Plumber, Dave Brennan, and his Assistant, Ruben Aguirre.
A company needs to know about poor service representative, after all, it's Vines name and reputation on the line. They also need to know when their people uphold and lift that good reputation. Vines, you've got two excellent people in your employment. Thank you.

I recently had my 60-gallon gas water heater replaced by Vines Heating and Air Plumbing, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. Jared and Zakk arrived on time, were professional and courteous, and clearly explained each step of the process. They worked efficiently, kept the work area clean, and made sure everything was operating perfectly before leaving.
I had such a great experience with this company! Mark handled testing our home for mold, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, answering all of my questions along the way. He was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right and that I understood all the ins and outs of the process. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with such genuine customer care, and Mark really delivered both. I highly recommend this company—especially if you’re lucky enough to have Mark assigned to your project!
I could not be happier with the guys from Vines. AC unit was not cooling the house. Brand new house we just moved in. A different vendor installed it and the Trane unit had a Freon leak. I called yesterday morning and Sean came out to the house a couple hours later and found the Freon leak. He filled the system back up with Freon and told me they had to order the parts from the manufacturer. Because of the weekend it might not be until next week. Me and the dogs were getting kinda hot we just moved from New Hampshire. Well, I got a call this morning from the office at Vines and they had the parts in stock and wanted to come right over to fix it. Just like that CJ and Austin showed up, climbed into the attic and three hours later they were all done. It was all fixed and the house is already cooling down.
The guys were wonderful. They were pleasant. They answered all my questions. They even played with the dogs for a minute and the golden retrievers love that. I am new to Conway and I made the best choice in choosing these guys to fix my problem I could not be any more happy. Thanx everyone at Vines.

Craig and Ruben are a professional, intelligent and friendly team! They compliment each other with their ability to connect with customers, coordinate their work responsibilities to get you, as a customer, the BEST service you deserve. Top notch team. Nick was an amazing plumber! He was assigned to us on Labor Day and went above and beyond. Finding our water meter was no easy task, but he took the time to locate it and confidently identified that we unfortunately had a water leak in our kitchen. Vines was great about getting the repair scheduled quickly, and Nick’s craftsmanship was outstanding. He explained each step of the process, kept us informed, and made sure the repair was done the right way. I can’t thank Nick and Vines enough for their quick response and excellent service!
We purchased a new kitchen faucet & called Vines to have it installed. Dave Brennan was sent, & we were very pleased. It was a stormy day, & he took all the precautions to not track water or mess into our home. We had David do a few extra jobs under our sink, & he did a great job. He also cleaned up completely once he finished. And, admittedly, he is also very personable, so we (including our dog), enjoyed his company!

Absolutely fantastic service from Jayson at Vines. Service technician was early, polite, took a lot of time to explain what the problem was with my Air conditioning system. He explained multiple options to resolve my issue, and showed me pictures of the damaged equipment as well as the replaced equipment . He even took the time to change my air filters for me! Great job! Very friendly great customer service, fair pricing. This is my second time working with this organization, and can recommend them with confidence.
I had a major flood in my condo unit and my insurance company recommended Vines, and I am so glad that they did. From the start, they handled everything with the highest quality of respect, courtesy and professionalism. They were prompt in clearing the clogged pipe, along with the mitigation process. In addition, Rich worked with my insurance company and coordinated the rebuild. I want to also thank Frankie who supervised and coordinated the rebuild. A special thanks to Jacob and Eddie for doing such a fantastic job doing the rebuild. I strongly recommend if you need any plumbing work, or a rebuild such as mine, go to Vines. They are a great company.
I reached out to Vines for a Bathroom remodel, was connected to Anthony, and he came out to look at the project. He was professional, very responsive and had an outstanding sense of construction and bathroom remodels. He listened to what I was thinking, gave me an estimate, and put all the details of the project in writing. He made himself available for questions and got the materials together, always checking in to make sure we were on the same page. This first step gave me the confidence that I needed for Vines to take on the project!
Then he introduced me to Frankie who took it from there. Frankie kept the project moving, he communicated well and was always letting me know what the next step was, who was coming in and what their responsibility would be. Frankie would check in on the project and answer the many questions that I had and was very patient with me. At one time, he reassured me on a decision that I made that it would work out, and I appreciated his confidence. He followed up on questions and didn't hesitate to get materials that were needed to put my vision to fruition.

I highly recommend Vines Plumbing! How lucky we were to have Gene and Hunter, they were so professional and knowledgeable. They were quick and efficient and so pleasant. We had to go from septic to sewer and we thought that our brick foundation would have to be broke through to get the pipes but they figured out how to do it right in front of the house, so smart. Saved us money and time. You guys rock!!!!!

The service was excellent. Had an emergency situation where I had to shut off main water line. Vines had someone out within 2 hours. The service was great. He explained everything that need to be done and gave estimated cost before any repairs were done.
Alex completed replacement of our two HVAC systems, installed new smart thermostats, installed dampers to balance heat/cooling throughout home and smart sensors within each unit help track efficiency all in less than two business days. Adam installed a new HALO water filtration system loving it so far. Kelly completed full whole house plumbing inspection, very thorough - he also addressed and fixed a small leak coming from the installed HALO without any issues or damage caused! The Vines Team were fast, accurate and very professional. We are so very thankful and have been enjoying our new units!!
