We recently developed a water leak at our business. This leak was inside the walls of an older structure. I called the plumbing company we normally used, they came out a told me the needed a special crew for this repair and they were booked up for the next 4 days. I was in a bind so I called Vines Restoration and Plumbing. I told them my story and within 30 minutes I received an email saying they were on their way. Jody and Kelly showed up and got to work. It was no easy task and they worked after normal hours to finish the job. Later that night we had water back on and back in business thanks to Vines.KUDO to Jody and Kelly for a job well done. You have our business from now on!!
I reached out to Vines for a Bathroom remodel, was connected to Anthony, and he came out to look at the project. He was professional, very responsive and had an outstanding sense of construction and bathroom remodels. He listened to what I was thinking, gave me an estimate, and put all the details of the project in writing. He made himself available for questions and got the materials together, always checking in to make sure we were on the same page. This first step gave me the confidence that I needed for Vines to take on the project!Then he introduced me to Frankie who took it from there. Frankie kept the project moving, he communicated well and was always letting me know what the next step was, who was coming in and what their responsibility would be. Frankie would check in on the project and answer the many questions that I had and was very patient with me. At one time, he reassured me on a decision that I made that it would work out, and I appreciated his confidence. He followed up on questions and didn't hesitate to get materials that were needed to put my vision to fruition.Eddie did a lot of the work. He arrived bright and early and always had a smile on his face and was very cheerful. He would come in, say good morning and immediately start working. He kept his focus on the job, and not the time, and kept moving forward. He was confident with his duties and had many strengths with the project.Thank you to the team that did all the work. I would recommend Vines and would certainly have them back to do another bathroom remodel.
Jayson was excellent. His technical expertise allowed him to quickly diagnose a difficult intermittent problem with my air conditioner unit. He was courteous and very professional. Most businesses are interested in the money and up charge at every corner. I was pleasantly surprised with the charges after the repairs were made and would highly recommend Vines to anyone needing their service. Thank you very much for a job well done!
I highly recommend Vines Plumbing! How lucky we were to have Gene and Hunter, they were so professional and knowledgeable. They were quick and efficient and so pleasant. We had to go from septic to sewer and we thought that our brick foundation would have to be broke through to get the pipes but they figured out how to do it right in front of the house, so smart. Saved us money and time. You guys rock!!!!!Thank you guys sooo much, appreciate you!
The service was excellent. Had an emergency situation where I had to shut off main water line. Vines had someone out within 2 hours. The service was great. He explained everything that need to be done and gave estimated cost before any repairs were done.
Alex completed replacement of our two HVAC systems, installed new smart thermostats, installed dampers to balance heat/cooling throughout home and smart sensors within each unit help track efficiency all in less than two business days. Adam installed a new HALO water filtration system loving it so far. Kelly completed full whole house plumbing inspection, very thorough - he also addressed and fixed a small leak coming from the installed HALO without any issues or damage caused! The Vines Team were fast, accurate and very professional. We are so very thankful and have been enjoying our new units!!
We had a major plumbing issue that we were originally told by another plumber was going to keep us out of our apartment for days....we were devastated.Then our property manager made the sound decision to call Vines Plumbing.When Mike and Mike showed up at the door I was pleasently surprised. I told them what was going on and they were confident that they could fix the problem and told me not to worry. I admit, I thought how can he be so sure, he hasent even seen it yet? But low and behold he was right. The two Mike's had the problem fixed and cleaned up, like it never even happened. They accomplished in an hour what several maintenence workers and plumbers couldn't do in 2 days. I was so impressed and satisfied with not only their work but also the way they explained things and got the job done so proficiently. They were well mannered and a pleasure to have working in my home. If I ever experience any plumbing issues of any kind in the future Iwon't call anyone but Vines plumbing. Once again, Vines has exceeded our expectations with their exceptional service! When our hot water heater needed to be replaced, they came out the same day, while our previous service provider—whom we had a contract with—could only offer service the following day. The speed and quality of service from Vines were so impressive that we immediately decided to cancel our old provider and invest in their Platinum Promise.Today, Adam and Reuben arrived to adjust some settings and install our Smart Alert monitoring system, which will notify us if any issues arise. Once again, Vines sent two top-notch technicians who were not only professional and knowledgeable but also personable and genuinely enjoyable to work with. They took the time to thoroughly explain everything, ensuring we understood every step of the process.Vines has truly hit another home run! We're now looking forward to enjoying some much-needed relaxation knowing we’re in great hands.
Had a water heater relocated and replaced and also upgraded with a whole house water filtration system. I also had two smart thermostats installed. The work done by both plumbing and HVAC crews left me impressed. Both crews performed high quality work. Prompt, polite, friendly and highly skilled. I have found Vines to be a great contractor and I would not hesitate to hire them again. They left me well informed about my new upgrades with clear instructions.

Excellent! It was easy to schedule the estimate and service. Patrick was timely with the estimate. Both he and Dennis provided exceptional service for my water heater replacement and shut off valve. Dennis repositioned and installed the quarter turn making access a breeze.From the scheduling, reminders, and on-time arrival, I was very pleased with their work and efforts. The office coordinated the water shutoff with my condo HOA too making it a seamless experience. I would trust Vines with all my plumbing needs. Fair prices and they offer a military discount. Explained options and prices thoroughly. He came out quickly after the heater shut off overnight unexpectedly. Very prompt and thorough. The unit had blown the circuit breaker. Replaced with a new breaker and unit started right up. Thanks for the quick repair. In a bind call Vines !!
Jason was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what was wrong and what we should do. He explained the Preventative maintenance program and again answered all our questions. We did sign up for the Pro plan. Highly recommend Jason and Vines.Dylan is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain each of the HVAC systems and answer our questions.Scott came and installed our new HVAC. He and his helper were very friendly and professional, they respected us and our property by covering the floors and didn’t bang the walls while removing and replacing the air handler which is in our attic (using a ladder to remove old handler and installing the new one). They cleaned up and swept any debris that was left. We were impressed with them.Will be checking on a whole house water filter system in the future.Very pleased with our experience with all of the Vines employees that we came in contact with. Highly recommended Vines.
Keith, explained the Halo water system completely with the initial phone call. He is very knowledgeable about the system and a great professional installer. His work is professional and cleans up after. His assistant Craig was his right hand and completed the under house work exceptionally.Keith also recommended replacing a 23 year old hot water heater due to the Halo system cleaning the water would cause the tank to leak as the sediment dissolves.I would recommend Vines and Keith for your water quality experts. My water taste is so much better even on install day!Thank you Keith and Craig for a job well done!
I can’t say enough about the team at Vines Restoration. I needed a new water heater and I called Howard Bromberg to see how much it would cost. He was very knowledgeable and sent over three quotes within minutes of my request. I selected one and he passed it over to Hannah, who set up the installation and was very friendly. She sent me friendly reminders regarding my appointment. On the day of the installation I received an email from Vines with a picture of Jared the installation tech who would be installing the water heater. Jared sent me a text message letting me know when he would arrive. As soon as he arrived, I could tell that he was a professional, and would get the job done. I’m very happy with the installation. The water is running I have hot and cold water. Thank you again to the team at Vines. I appreciate everything.
Vines came did an estimate on AC/heat for my shop. By far the most competitive price out there. Installed the system within a week of initial quote. This outside unit is massive and so far efficient. My shop stays at 72-74 even on the hottest days. The team was so professional, knowledgeable and quick. I do not believe the process could've been any better. So grateful Vines and all its team members.
Glad we went with Vines. The technician, Pete, was great. We received a text when he was on his way, he arrived on time early in the window provided, he was efficient and knowledgeable and spoke to us in a way that we understood. He was polite and even helped us with other things besides the quote that we initially contacted Vines for. We’re very pleased with Vines thanks to Pete. We’re going with them for our specific tub replacement as well as their HVAC and tankless water heater yearly maintenance.Update: Pete and Josh did an amazing job with the install. The communication was spot on, they came on time. They didn’t leave until everything was installed and cleaned up. We had a problem with a footing on the tub that we purchased from another company (Home Depot) and it didn’t malfunction until after the install. I contacted Vines and Pete again and he scheduled me within a couple of days to come back to take care of the issue. This time he came back with Dalton and the two of them quickly fixed the problem to beyond our satisfaction and saved us a lot of worry from dealing with Home Depot. Bravo! They didn’t even charge us to come back the second time to ensure everything was ok. Also, Hanna from the main office was wonderful in her accommodating our install schedule, and the return visit. 150% recommend this company. The price was also more than reasonable. Way less than we would have paid in our last hometown. Thank you Pete, Josh, Dalton, and Hanna! We love our new bathtub and fixtures!
