Very Professional did a thorough job. I just wish he would’ve let me know that your company gives discount for retired military. I found out after the bill was paid and I asked. I was not aware or informed before I paid the bill. Update: Vines called after reading this and they gladly offered me a discount to honor my military service. Thank you Vines for supporting first responders and the military.

Vines, and more importantly their technician Michael Petric saved the day. We had an existing issue that another company could not diagnose. This became an ongoing issue. Michael came promptly and quickly (on a holiday weekend) and went above and beyond to diagnose the issue and fix the issue. He was beyond helpful, respectful and personable. I could not recommend Vines and more importantly this technician more

James is the best! This was my first interaction with Vines. My line to my HVAC was clogged, but there were other complications causing some water damage. He showed me a video of the issues and gave me several options on what to do— from a band-aid to what needed to be done to fix it so it would not happen again along with several options in between.
Everything was explained in detail and very professionally. Even though they gave me a timeline of arrival, I asked for and received the earliest time available for them. James was again very professional and polite and more importantly—- knowledgeable!

Today was my 3rd interaction with Vines in a week. Today my hot water heater was flushed (never been done in 5 years—did not get it from Vines). Ben was friendly, professional, and explained everything he did- step by step. He noticed a couple of things that could be replaced (the house is 40+ years old and I have never had anything done with the pipes) but did not pressure me into— “This has to be done now” but will eventually. I appreciated his honesty and never felt like he was trying to talk me into a service that was not an emergency.
This was my first experience with Vines and will not be my last.

Sam texted me that he was on his way, and was on time. He diagnosed the problem, and gave me three Options. He fixed the Problem quickly, and the price was reasonable. Vines has done a lot of Work for me, and they have never disappointed me. Five Star Rating always for this Company.

We've used vines for years for our AC upkeep, and plumbing needs. Our recent project included hooking up a new faucet and a toilet install. They gave us a few options and costs, talked through the prices, and answered our questions. Every tech has always been thorough, professional, and so friendly, especially Craig who help us today. I love that the work they perform is warrantied.

Had Vines Plumbing come out and do a whole house plumbing inspection bc water company said we had a leak somewhere. Nick and Ryan were on time, professional, friendly and efficient. They checked the whole place and couldn’t find any leak. Very happy about that! They also explained that the company is rebranding to include HVAC work and we signed up for their service contract. Offers more than my current company and is actually less expensive-and you can pay monthly for no extra charge!! Def would refer Vines !

I’ve had a great experience with Vines HVAC & Plumbing. From the office to the service call, everyone was friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful.

Hannah and Grace in the office were wonderful. They listened to my concerns, communicated clearly, and made sure everything was handled appropriately. Sean, the technician, was also great—professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to listen and address my concerns without making me feel rushed.

What I appreciated most was how much everyone seemed to genuinely care about helping me. The service was fast, friendly, and professional from start to finish.

Bob came quickly on Sunday afternoon. As all Vines techs he was very professional, courteous and patient. He identified the problem, had and used other vines personnel to bring the issue to the next step as quickly as possible. He and Vines are greatly appreciated, other companies would have left, said yup you have an issue, but can’t tell you any more until I talk to my guy tomorrow. Nick Ryan and Rakeem McCray replaced my bathroom faucet today. They were great. Didn’t bat an eyelash when they had to change out the the rusted valves that feed water to the faucet. Highly professional and very friendly. Vines is pretty pricey, but I’ll call them again when I need some help.

Another 5 Star go to Vines Heating & Air, specifically to Mr. Rick Vines for having his act totally together to have learned years ago how he was going to have to run/build, learning along the way, a company like Vines Heating & Air!

I got a lot to say, but I’m gonna try to keep it short!

Hunter & Tom arrived on time, looking like they were ready to kick alittle ass and they did!
I ask Keith if the installers could bring drop cloths and they wear booties in the house and they did!
Arrival time was 930 because I asked for it to be 930 so the lady could get ready or have more time to get ready, but these guys went a few steps further, they installed the parts of the equipment on the exterior first, so the lady of the house could even have more time to get ready because you see, the work in the interior was having to be walk-through her master bedroom into her master closet and up though the attic hatch!
Hunter was the lead man not to say that Tom wasn’t a lead man because he was a lead man also so I got two lead men, two leading men at the house that knew what they were doing and both kicked ass until 830pm, from 930am to 830pm, sweating their butts off, inside the attic and outside the home!

We have two more air units that are still kicking ass but they too, are 19 year old units and they will be in need of replacement at another future date and yes, Hurter and Tom will be back again!

Last words from me, if you’re one of those people that like to get multiple estimates which I did, I’m here to say don’t, don’t waste your time. Go straight to Vines. They’re gonna take care of you and if the shit hits with any one of their install units, there going to take care of, no later than the next day!
Most importantly, the install is gonna be right and it’s gonna be tight and you won’t even know they were there at least I can say this for Hunter and Tom, when they pack up and leave, you will not ever know that they were in your house, of course, other than the beautiful new air system working and keeping you cool!

Keith went beyond the call of duty and that’s why I chose to go with Vines and not Ellis, plumbing and Heating!
All of the house, ladies that I spoke to today or yesterday, went beyond the call of duty, I was more informed that I would ever needed to be, and then I would’ve ever expected from any other company!
And if that wasn’t enough, you people sent young man Ted out to follow up on my request about a motor to get the unit up and running to keep the the 3rd floor cool until the install day was here which I forgot all about, I brought Ted around to the unit where I showed him and told him that I lifted the grid, spun the blade, sprayed the motors shaft with WD-40, re-installed the grid, went up to the third floor and turned the unit on and low and behold, the fan started spinning so we may be good to go, but I think if it’s possible for you all to do so tomorrow, come on out and give us a little shot of Freon. I’ll see unless it probably is taken the unit a little bit of time to get the upstairs area cool again, I should know soon.
And last and I believe most importantly, your man Mr Vines, he presents himself incredibly well on your TV commercial as a man obviously that is fit, that cares about what he looks like cares about how he feels, which is the same attention he gives to his business and employees!

Had no hot water over the weekend. I could not get hold of the appliance company. Someone recommended that I call vines for help. I called them on Monday and Dennis Satterfield of vines just left. He solved the problem and informed me water heater needs an annual flushing and cleaning which I did not know. He was very helpful very knowledgeable gave me some great information about Vines company.I would highly recommend Vines and Dennis if you need help with HVAC and or plumbing ! Thanks again Dennis and Roy who came as a team to solve my dilemma! Both men were very professional and I will be calling Vines for a service program!

Vines came out same day, which was great, for our tankless hot water heater which has been acting up. Matthew and team took the time to diagnose the problem and work with Rinnai to get to the bottom of it. The part was ordered and a follow up appointment was set then and there. The entire process was easy and they guys were friendly and respectful.

He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in layman’s language a first class person and look after him.

Had an amazing tech at my door within 30 minutes on a Sunday night at 9pm.
He identified issue in 5 minutes, repaired within 45 minutes! Thoroughly responsive and professional and informative. I pricing was not exorbitant considering the situation and my request.

Air conditioning stopped working on a Sunday afternoon. Temp inside of the house was 87 degrees. Technician Sean Pack arrived when promised and fixed the problem quickly. Very grateful for the service on a hot August day.

Today I had Bob Drozdowki checking out my HVAC system, Nick Ryan and Matt Monday installing new disposal and kitchen faucet. Chris Jones was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and efficient. He took the time to answer questions and had an overall pleasant personality.

Our AC has intermittently been freezing up resulting in no air conditioning in the house until the freeze up can thaw and the system can be checked. Bob Drozdowski came to our home to check the AC system to determine the root cause of why the system was randomly freezing up. Bob was very thorough in diagnostic testing of all the variables that could be causing this issue. In the process he eliminated several possibilities why it was happening leaving just a few things that could be causing the freeze ups. Unfortunately the unit was cooling the home without any problems during his visit and we could not duplicate the issue. We decided to wait until the unit froze up again and have them come out to look at the system to pinpoint the exact cause of the problem. This would avoid randomly replacing components hoping that it would fix the problem. I appreciated their honesty in this matter avoiding any unnecessary expenses on my part. I appreciate all that was done and the professionalism that was displayed during Bob’s visit. I would highly recommend him and Vines in the future.

A mfg defect caused our water heater failure. Vines was quick and professional to respond and solve our issue. They worked with the mfg to honor their warranty on the unit.

We came close to major accident when a sliding bar for the shower sprayer fell apart when being used as a grab bar. I called Vines hoping they could help remedy the problem. Within a couple of hours Jody Vine came by, fixed the broken slide bar and is ordering a grab bar for that shower as well as a grab bar for the guest toilet area. Also we decided to sign up for their Platinum Pro membership.which seems like a very good plan.

Great experience with the plumber sent to evaluate my garbage disposal issues and get quote. They'll be coming back to install a new one tomorrow. As a first time customer I would refer their services.

At first, I thought it might have been pretty pricey, but because I am a disabled vet, they took care of me. Not too many people do that these days. I am very happy with the work. The workers were great, the service was wonderful. My drains are unclogged, I am a happy camper.

When Alex showed up for our new air conditioning unit installation he was on time and very professional. I'm loving being part of Vines program that does regular plumbing and hvac inspections. My plumbing tech today was Michael Petric and he was great! He went thru everything, made suggestions for possible future upgrades and poured a magic solution down my sluggish kitchen sink. Vines is the greatest!

Mr. Vine and Matt were exceptional. They found and fixed the problem with my disposal quickly. My kitchen sink was clogged as well and while Matt was working on the drain or disposal, Jody was cleaning my unclogged sink!! Now that is above and beyond. Thanks so much to both of you and Vines!

Vine plumbing did a great job. They showed up on time and called to make sure I was satisfied with the service. The plumbing manager explained how my water line is attached to my ice maker so that to ice cubes can produced. Both the technician and the manager are very knowledgeable. Nick showed up on time and replaced the hot water heater quickly. He also looked at the other plumbing fixtures to see what might be needing replacing. After the job they cleaned up. Great work.

Micheal did a great job on our outdoor shower head and controls. He was very professional and Vines was responsive and made it easy to schedule an appointment. The other plumbing companies in the area would not schedule an installation on a Saturday so I am thankful that Vines would do so! Great company to use for your plumbing needs!

My AC wouldn’t stop running and kept getting colder with no temperature control. Perhaps due to lightening storm. This left me unable to run the AC in these hot temperatures! Sean at Vines Heating, Air is exceptional and honest. Our 8 year old Lennox air conditioner stopped functioning last night. The company that installed and maintains it sent over two repairmen this morning who told us we needed a new condenser $7000 but it would be better to replace system for between 13,000 and 25,000. Also told me my unit was out of warranty, not true. According to Lennox, we have 10 year warranty.

Called Vines and Polar AIR for quotes for new compressor. Vines came to house this am and found no problem with compressor except dirty coils and a loose wire!!! Cost $175. What honesty!!! Cant say enough about Polar as well. They were sending tech this afternoon to confirm bad compressor but in meantime confirmed with Lennox that indeed i had a 10 year warranty and said replacement would be less than a third of what my current company quoted.

Ben and Rakeem came to replace my leaking kitchen faucet, they were on time and very professional also the both where really nices guys that I no problem letting in my house and feeling comfortable. They did a great job and even cleaned up after they where done. I have used Vines before for heating and air and have always been very happy with their service I even went ahead and signed up for the platinum plus service to make sure everything was working good all year. I can't recommend them enough.

4/4/25 Jayce Jones performed a plumbing inspection. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He also performed a flush on the hot water heater. I was most pleased by this maintenance visit!

11/26/25. Time for the fall HVAC checkup. Landon Rhodes was the technician sent. Just like the previous time, his attitude and work was great. His attention to detail resulted in finding tiny gas leaks in the gas supply line (See next post).

12/4/25 Again Vines came to the rescue. This time there were tiny leaks in the outside gas line left by the builder. They sent Jared Reese to do the repair. I was most pleased by his work. He was able to explain to me what needed to be done and did it. As has been the case with each Vines employee I have come in contact with, he was professional and courteous.

As we are selling our house, the buyer wanted a HVAC tune up. Vines sent Bob Drozdowski. He was on time and did a great job. Possesses a great demeanor and cleaned up afterwards. 🙂

Landon did an excellent routine maintenance for the beautiful HVAC system that Vines installed 6 months ago. This HVAC System Rocks! Landon knows HVAC like the back of his hand and explains how the work for women like me. Can answer any questions, in a simple understandable format. It is great to work with Landon and others who make maintenance enjoyable again. I never worry after Vines fixes something, and Landon is one of your best!

Update-4/30/2026
Landon came out to help me reset two Ecco Thermostats (downstairs and upstairs thermostat). He knows anll about phone apps tech to set up apps and get them running again. Just a few minutes of verifying the email and resetting a password and my two thermostats were back on line with my HVAC system. The new HVAC came in last year, I loved it from the first week and a year later I love it even more. Landon also explained a few more things to me about the water filtration system I had installed last spring. This guy understands and explains equipment in an easy to understand manner. I will have Vines take care of my next plumbing project gladly.

Bob was here on Tuesday to do the yearly maintenance on my HVAC system. He checked all of the heating and cooling equipment in the attic, sent me a list of everything he checked with pictures and explained why the system is doing well at 1 year old.He examined everything on that attic machine. Then he went to the outside machine, did all kinds of maintenance and cleaning and testing plus explained all that to me. I love this HVAC system even more than I did a year ago. It got me through a hot summer and a very cold winter. Bob will always be welcome to work on my HVAC, he could answer whatever w questions I had.

Larry and Dave are the two guys who checked my plumbing for the yearly inspection. They checked everything faucet for water pressure and no dripping. Checked all my pipes for under the bathroom sinks Checked the water temp and and in the garage checked the hot water tank. They also drained and flushed the hot water tank and also checked the Halo whole house water filtration system . They were there along with HVAC Bob and examined everything, no problems found. They will answer any questions you have. They are also welcome to come back and take care of my plumbing and HVAC. Well writing down everything the three men did on 4/28 and the app re upped on my phone for the thermostats on 4/30 is making me exhausted. Vines people know how to install and fix and upgrade, and I even love my Moen Leak shut off device that was installed. That’s a whole entry Vines upgrade that I love.
