Keith was truly thorough, patient, and professional in providing information in a way that I could understand. He was patient in answering question. He provided more than I expected for an estimate. I haven't decided on a contractor to do the work, yet, so I can't comment on any other elements of Vines.

Jayson looked into a warning given by sensors in out attic. This is during g our cold snap in January. I was a verification that there is no problem. He also reinvestigated a recurring sound problem and gave us information regarding what to do so it doesn’t continue. Today he replaced out thermostat, he freely shared the entire process and set it up on the app, making sure we understood all the I d and outs. We appreciate him!
