I'm loving being part of Vines program that does regular plumbing and hvac inspections. My plumbing tech today was Michael Petric and he was great! He went thru everything, made suggestions for possible future upgrades and poured a magic solution down my sluggish kitchen sink. Vines is the greatest!

Had a small leak. The technician knew what it was & fixed it for the cheapest cost. He was very polite.

Vine plumbing did a great job. They showed up on time and called to make sure I was satisfied with the service. The plumbing manager explained how my water line is attached to my ice maker so that to ice cubes can produced. Both the technician and the manager are very knowledgeable. I will be using the company in the future!!

Nick showed up on time and replaced the hot water heater quickly. He also looked at the other plumbing fixtures to see what might be needing replacing. After the job they cleaned up. Great work.

Greg Milea performed a plumbing inspection at my home. Greg was very well polite and professional in explaining what will be covered and approximately how long it will take. He identified some minor issues to be addressed in the near future.

Excellent customer service from our initial phone call straight through our same day emergency service visit. Our technician came late that evening, troubleshot the condition and left us with air conditioning. We are very grateful and very pleased with Vines and look forward to their service going forward. Bob was joined by Jonathan Martin. Together they explained everything thoroughly and answered all of our questions. They presented us with several options and did not try to pressure us into any repairs but guided us to what we felt was the right choice for us. They were both very knowledgeable and did a great job getting us up and running until our new unit could be installed. I would definitely recommend Vines. The customer service they provided was excellent!

Micheal did a great job on our outdoor shower head and controls. He was very professional and Vines was responsive and made it easy to schedule an appointment. The other plumbing companies in the area would not schedule an installation on a Saturday so I am thankful that Vines would do so! Great company to use for your plumbing needs!

My AC wouldn’t stop running and kept getting colder with no temperature control. Perhaps due to lightening storm. This left me unable to run the AC in these hot temperatures! James from Vines heating & air was amazing! He took time to inspect everything, figured out the issue & resolved my problem! I have my AC back on! Thank you James! Thank you Vines!

Sean at Vines Heating, Air is exceptional and honest. Our 8 year old Lennox air conditioner stopped functioning last night. The company that installed and maintains it sent over two repairmen this morning who told us we needed a new condenser $7000 but it would be better to replace system for between 13,000 and 25,000. Also told me my unit was out of warranty, not true. According to Lennox, we have 10 year warranty.

Called Vines and Polar AIR for quotes for new compressor. Vines came to house this am and found no problem with compressor except dirty coils and a loose wire!!! Cost $175. What honesty!!! Cant say enough about Polar as well. They were sending tech this afternoon to confirm bad compressor but in meantime confirmed with Lennox that indeed i had a 10 year warranty and said replacement would be less than a third of what my current company quoted.

Ben and Rakeem came to replace my leaking kitchen faucet, they were on time and very professional also the both where really nices guys that I no problem letting in my house and feeling comfortable. They did a great job and even cleaned up after they where done. I have used Vines before for heating and air and have always been very happy with their service I even went ahead and signed up for the platinum plus service to make sure everything was working good all year. I can't recommend them enough.

4/4/25 Jayce Jones performed a plumbing inspection. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He also performed a flush on the hot water heater. I was most pleased by this maintenance visit!

11/26/25. Time for the fall HVAC checkup. Landon Rhodes was the technician sent. Just like the previous time, his attitude and work was great. His attention to detail resulted in finding tiny gas leaks in the gas supply line (See next post).

12/4/25 Again Vines came to the rescue. This time there were tiny leaks in the outside gas line left by the builder. They sent Jared Reese to do the repair. I was most pleased by his work. He was able to explain to me what needed to be done and did it. As has been the case with each Vines employee I have come in contact with, he was professional and courteous.

As we are selling our house, the buyer wanted a HVAC tune up. Vines sent Bob Drozdowski. He was on time and did a great job. Possesses a great demeanor and cleaned up afterwards. 🙂

Alex , Scott,and Landon were here for HVAC and a plumber Patrick was also . They were able to answer all questions, the install was excellent, this was for a new Air conditioner and heating unit. And some plumbing work also.

Landon did an excellent routine maintenance for the beautiful HVAC system that Vines installed 6 months ago. This HVAC System Rocks! Landon knows HVAC like the back of his hand and explains how the work for women like me. Can answer any questions, in a simple understandable format. It is great to work with Landon and others who make maintenance enjoyable again. I never worry after Vines fixes something, and Landon is one of your best!

Update-4/30/2026
Landon came out to help me reset two Ecco Thermostats (downstairs and upstairs thermostat). He knows anll about phone apps tech to set up apps and get them running again. Just a few minutes of verifying the email and resetting a password and my two thermostats were back on line with my HVAC system. The new HVAC came in last year, I loved it from the first week and a year later I love it even more. Landon also explained a few more things to me about the water filtration system I had installed last spring. This guy understands and explains equipment in an easy to understand manner. I will have Vines take care of my next plumbing project gladly.

Update April 28, 2026
Bob was here on Tuesday to do the yearly maintenance on my HVAC system. He checked all of the heating and cooling equipment in the attic, sent me a list of everything he checked with pictures and explained why the system is doing well at 1 year old.He examined everything on that attic machine. Then he went to the outside machine, did all kinds of maintenance and cleaning and testing plus explained all that to me. I love this HVAC system even more than I did a year ago. It got me through a hot summer and a very cold winter. Bob will always be welcome to work on my HVAC, he could answer whatever w questions I had.

Larry and Dave are the two guys who checked my plumbing for the yearly inspection. They checked everything faucet for water pressure and no dripping. Checked all my pipes for under the bathroom sinks Checked the water temp and and in the garage checked the hot water tank. They also drained and flushed the hot water tank and also checked the Halo whole house water filtration system . They were there along with HVAC Bob and examined everything, no problems found. They will answer any questions you have. They are also welcome to come back and take care of my plumbing and HVAC. Well writing down everything the three men did on 4/28 and the app re upped on my phone for the thermostats on 4/30 is making me exhausted. Vines people know how to install and fix and upgrade, and I even love my Moen Leak shut off device that was installed. That’s a whole entry Vines upgrade that I love. Call Vines soon and see what they can help you with. They are all around excellent.

I’m always worried when I call for an emergency repair that I will be taking advantage of. I must say I called Vines for an emergency repair on a Saturday and they came out and did a great job. The service was excellent and they made sure to clean up their area as well as explain the details to me of the Repair. I will recommend them to everyone and know who to call next time I need a plumber. If I could get more than five stars, I would. Also, the person that took my call to schedule the technician was very polite and professional, and kept me updated on the repair person‘s arrival.

We started having issues with our tankless water heater. I made a call to Vines and they were on it. Service call next day in the AM and install done next day. Zakk was excellent to work with. Very honest and offered suggestions on how to resolve our issue. As a result of this experience I recommend Vines for all your plumbing needs. This started as an estimate but turned into a service call when Zakk realized I didn’t need the work done but he had to do some troubleshooting instead. It looks like he was able to completely resolve our issue of taking so long to get hot water.

Joe had to come out and service us after hours with a plumbing issue we had. He went above and beyond helping us solve the problem. He’s such a nice guy and a wonderful representative of this company. Never used before but absolutely would again and recommend to others.

We started the day meeting Hunter and Mr Tom asthey prepared to do a reinstall of our HVAC system. They explained what they were going to and went to work. The heat was terrible yet they maintained their professionalism...not quite sure how! As things were progressing they ran into a few problems, still they maintained and continued. After a long hot day, they did get everything done as it should be and up and running. They represented your company above and beyond not just with their professionalism, but with humor, compassion and care for us as homeowners...where did you find them? Do you realize how blessed you are to have them as your techs? Sure hope so because they represented your company with pride. Needless to say we are pleased with the service they provided, thankful and grateful they were dispatched to do our work.....they truly are the best!

Ben was great at fixing the problem with the facet in the master bathroom. He also changed the fixture in both baths to nichol. He was very courteous and done an excellent job

I called Vines Restoration Plumbing HVAC for a service request for A/C not working.
Alex came out the same day and found the problem within minutes. He was friendly personable and very knowledgeable. We discussed repair options and decided to get a quote for a new system that he recommended. Daryl came out immediately and throughly discussed the new systems available and quoted a price for installation , maintenance and warranty. They both spent quite a bit time with us answering many questions to help us make a decision.
We decided to go with a new system , they set up a portable A/C unit for the weekend and came out first thing Monday morning to install the new system. Terrific customer service and professional courtesy.

James Russell was Very professional and very thorough and very pleasant! You don’t get that too often! He did a great job!!

This company the most amazing customer service I’ve ever seen! I had a sudden leak into my kitchen over a weekend and they were the SIXTH and ONLY plumbing and HVAC company that truly provided 24 hr emergency service complete with a lice and local customer service representative. She was so kind, nice, efficient and helpful and though I turned my HVAC off, she was already arranging an emergency service technician. Long story short, I asked for an appointment o. Monday and the technician was again, so nice, kind, efficient and worked in my attic which was over 110 degrees until all avenues of the origin of the problem were exhausted. The company I was using-which advertises 24hr emergency service did not return my voice mail that night- only the next morning! That’s not 24 he emergency service! So Vines now has my business!!!! SO PLEASED! Over the top service!

Very pleased! As the owner of a plumbing company myself, it was interesting to be the customer! I hired Vines to service a toilet for a family member who doesn't live near us. The service was great from the CSR who answered the phone all the way to Ben, who ultimately replaced the malfunctioning toilet. They arrived on time, offered options, explained things well, and were even prepared with a toilet on the van. The toilet install was done efficiently and looks great. Furthermore, they were spot on with price! Whereas the average customer doesn't always understand what REALLY goes into the price of a service, I definitely have insight. Kelly and Sandro! I can’t say enough. They arrived with smiles and warmth. Their professionalism showed itself as they inspected my water heater situation. My water heater was 12 years old …. They relayed we were lucky to get service from it that long. Sandro called the Calvary back at VINES and gave them a list of items they needed. Quickly and efficiently they drained my tank and boom! It was gone. Working together like a well oiled machine, they installed my new water heater. My husband in his 90s…. And legally blind…they took their time with me, pointing out everything I should know and dials to turn. And just like that my household was back in business! I can’t speak highly enough of this team!
