We called for emergency service because our air went out during a heat wave. The technician was able to get here 2 hours before the estimated time. He was courteous and professional and presented 4 options for repair of our unit. This is not the first time we’ve called Vines for help and if needed we would use them again.

Vines is always there when we need them and Craig was awesome. He gave us multiple options for repairs but also let us know our toilet did not need to be replaced. While he was there he also checked a couple of other things for me and helped me make a plan for future. Perfect service.
