One of the best experiences I’ve ever had in the world of appliance and home repairs. Ben, was our service professional. He was courteous, efficient, and took his time to explain everything he was doing. He even gave me advice on how to make these issues we were having not happen in the future. Great service for both repairs and new system purchase. For an after-hours service call, Landon Rhodes was prompt, very knowledgeable and professional and got my A/C working in no time. The next day, Jonathan Martin came, assessed my needs, thoroughly explained all options available, answered all of my questions and made the purchase of a new unit so easy. I was impressed with both representatives from Vines. Thank you!

I’m always worried when I call for an emergency repair that I will be taking advantage of. I must say I called Vines for an emergency repair on a Saturday and they came out and did a great job. The service was excellent and they made sure to clean up their area as well as explain the details to me of the Repair. I will recommend them to everyone and know who to call next time I need a plumber. If I could get more than five stars, I would. Also, the person that took my call to schedule the technician was very polite and professional, and kept me updated on the repair person‘s arrival.

We started having issues with our tankless water heater. I made a call to Vines and they were on it. Service call next day in the AM and install done next day. Zakk was excellent to work with. Very honest and offered suggestions on how to resolve our issue. As a result of this experience I recommend Vines for all your plumbing needs. In fact we learned they have maintenance plans for plumbing as well as heating and air.
