The instillation of our Halo water purification system in our condo in Myrtle beach was in the capable hands of Keith Valley. The job went smoothly but a catastrophe happened when Vines went to empty the tub. All the water poured out of the wall in the floor below in the kitchen. Here, the cast iron waste pipe gave out. Vines restoration company came out to the rescue and ameliorated the damage. Thank you Keith and the Restoration team captained by Darren Knapper.

Saturday morning we had a water intrusion impacting a bathroom, two bedrooms, three closets & a hallway. I immediately shut the water off at the curb four hours before we had to leave for our (last) flight to Latrobe Pa. I made my first call to Vines from there at 10:30 Monday morning. The next day, at 8:00 AM Tuesday three vans arrived at our home at the Southwood residence in Myrtle Beach with five technicians coming into our home & we were not there! By 4 PM that day, after much work safely moving furniture & personal belongings the cause of the water leak was found & repaired. We drove back down (Spirit was done) that same day & were greeted by Mark, Shawn, Josh, Joey & Jake. Seeing the interior of our home at that part of the process with walls cut away was very hard but these gentlemen immediately provided the expertise & confidence in their work to answer all of our questions & calm our anxieties! We are far from completion but we feel confident that we made the right call! We called VINES! We also credit Jenna, who answered our first call, with being compassionate while calming us through our very stressful time!
