Jayson was honest, professional and thorough.

Kelly Hickman serviced our plumbing and scaled the tankless hot water heater. He was great very knowledgeable and worked the whole time checking each of the plumbing fixtures throughout the house and outside. My husband and I were very pleased with the service and what ut covered as well as the technician who did the servicing. Thank you Kelli and Vine for being so professional and detailed!!!!
My HVAC/ Heating system was then serviced by Miroslav Remic and he did an outstanding job both inside servicing and the condenser. He very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the system. He helped us reconnect the WiFi that was knocked off due to the storm. My husband had major surgery and we asked Miroslav to replace the filters. He was so kind to do that so that you for an outstanding job. Both techs were great!!

Landon serviced my system today and what a thorough and knowledgeable technician. He did an outstanding job getting our system ready for the winter. My Vines app for the system was giving me an issue he walked me through it and it works great. Now I can view any issues that might arise. He was really very neat and worked diligently the whole time. Thank you Landon for explaining some preventative measures that would be needed in the future.

Was very happy with the tech you sent . He was knowable and very polite as well .Would like to have him the next time if possible.

I can not say enough wonderful things about Mark and Shawn. And everyone I encountered from the Vines team when I realized we had a mold issue in our home we just bought.
From start to finish, they were absolutely exceptional. Dealing with a mold issue in your home can be incredibly stressful, but the Vines team made the entire experience so much easier. Joe did a great job on the plumbing , very professional and also answered my questions and concerns. This was for the yearly plumbing inspection.

Vines Heating & Air knocked it out of the park! They installed a mini-split in my garage, and from the initial quote to the finished installation, everything happened incredibly fast. Great communication, professional service, and just an all-around easy experience.

Now my garage is probably more comfortable than the rest of my house! 😂

Joey was GREAT!!! Fixed our problem and he is a VERY nice man!

Our tankless water heater recently stoped working after only being 3 years old. I called Vines late afternoon and they sent a tech named Dennis right away. Dennis took his time and care in diagnosing the issue And spent about three hours on the phone with Rannai tech support to find out that the manifold was defective. The part needed to be ordered which vines received two days later and they came out right away and replaced the faulty manifold all in all my experience with vines was absolutely exceptional and for my home, I’ll be using them for all of our water heater and HVAC needs. I would highly recommend vines to anybody looking for high-quality quick service at a very fair and considerate value.

My heat wasnt working so I called Vines and spoke with Stacey who sent technician Bob D. within hours. Bob was great. He diagnosed the problem, made the necessary repair and got the heat functioning in no time at a reasonable price. Bob was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough and as I was looking for routine maintenance for the future we have decided to go with Vines with their plan.
