The service by the technician was excellent.

He was great! The plumber James was polite, explained how the HVAC sensors and system worked, helped us get the app up and running so we could adjust the settings remotely, and let us know the proper settings and service intervals.

Ruben is simply fantastic! He’s very knowledgeable, kind and always has a smile on his face. Today, he came to help inspect my elderly parents home and made sure to answer all of their questions. He was asked about a whole house filtration system and before leaving he made sure to provide the estimate, walked my parents through all the options, explained the differences between each option etc.. We parted ways and my dad said I feel so comfortable talking to Ruben. THIS has been our experience previously with Ruben. He’s a class act and I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you Ruben!!

Mark McMullan was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He was very thorough and educated us in detail from best case to worst case scenario of the issues. Having a employee like Mark is something very hard to come by and is an asset to any company!

Vines responded quickly to our call. We thought we had a water main break, and they sent Kelly out. He was awesome! It wasn't a water main break (phew), but he got us everything taken care of for us. Highly recommend.

We have used Vines several times. We find them very professional and dependable.They are friendly and take the time to explain things to us. A recent example of this is Wesley Fowler, who did a great job setting us up with sensors to alert if there are problems for our units. When you are in a bind, do not hesitate to call Vines.
