We provide housing, food, clothing, and essential goods to fire victims, while also extending a helping hand to our brave firefighters. Boarding up homes to protect assets and belongings demonstrates our dedication to safeguarding the well-being of our community members.

Supporting Our Wounded Warriors (SOWW)

Our involvement with SOWW reflects our deep appreciation for the sacrifices made by our wounded warriors. We are honored to stand by those who have given so much for our freedom.

Night to Shine

Vehicle Donations

Our generosity extends to providing multiple cars to members of our community in need, offering a lifeline and enhancing their mobility and independence.

Innovative Marketing Campaigns (e.g., our Big Game Promo)

We not only support individuals directly but also utilize creative marketing campaigns to further our mission of community support. For example, we gave away a quarter of a million dollars worth of HVAC units in 2023 during our Big Game Promo and plan to do it again during the upcoming SuperBowl.

Employee Well-being

Our commitment to our staff is exemplary. Initiatives such as breakfasts, birthday celebrations, and recognition of hire anniversaries foster a positive work environment and staff morale.

Supporting Employees in Times of Need

Our commitment extends to our employees in times of personal hardship. For example, we purchased and installed an HVAC unit for an employee who experienced a personal loss.

Disaster Relief Efforts

We contributed 3,000 meals a day for two weeks during Hurricane Florence, and the active involvement of owners Stacey and Rick Vines in storm recovery efforts reflect our dedication to helping communities in times of crisis.

Christmas Partnerships

During the holiday season, we collaborate with Food Lion to distribute turkeys to families in need, spreading warmth and joy during Christmas.

Adopt-a-Child Program

Partnering with local schools to “adopt” multiple children during Christmas showcases our commitment to ensuring that every child experiences the magic of the holiday season.

Landon Rhodes performed our 6 month HVAC inspection. He was very thorough and pleasant. He explained what he was going to do, and answered all of our questions.

Shawn was again very professional & personable. He was able to assist us in removing most everything from the primary bedroom & initiate a containment area. All heavy furniture was left inside & was wiped down. He was efficient & thorough. We look forward to hopefully completing the remediation this week & begin restoration & repairs.

Nick Ryan and Rakeem McCray replaced my bathroom faucet today. They were great. Didn’t bat an eyelash when they had to change out the the rusted valves that feed water to the faucet. Highly professional and very friendly. Vines is pretty pricey, but I’ll call them again when I need some help.

The pros from Vines were courteous and helpful when they inspected my condo’s plumbing and AC unit. They explained their findings clearly, providing me a straightforward, needs-based assessment.

I must say more: our water heater was leaking and I called Vines. They were out that day, assessed the situation, replaced the water heater, and kept me informed during the entire process. Jody was great. Thanks Vines.

We had an excellent experience working with Jonathon Martin from Vines. From the beginning, Jonathon was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He took the time to evaluate our situation and carefully explain all of our options.

What stood out most was that he presented several solutions at different price points and explained the benefits of each without ever pushing us toward any particular choice. There was absolutely no high-pressure sales tactic—just honest information and helpful guidance that allowed us to make the decision that was best for our home and budget.

Jonathon’s patience, professionalism, and straightforward approach made what could have been a stressful process much easier. We truly appreciated his willingness to answer our questions and help us understand our options. We would highly recommend Jonathon Martin and Vines to anyone needing HVAC service or a new system.

The two technicians who came out were professional, courteous, and resolved my issue quickly. My only concern was with the communication surrounding the “free quote.” When I initially called, I was told the quote would be free; however, I later learned that a diagnostic fee is required before they can provide an estimate. This was not clearly explained upfront.

The overall cost ended up being reasonable, but the unexpected diagnostic charge caught me off guard. Once technicians have already traveled to your home, it can feel a bit awkward to decline service. To be clear, this was not the fault of the technicians—they were excellent. The issue was simply a misunderstanding in the information provided before the appointment.

Overall, I had a positive experience with the company, and they successfully fixed the problem. I would just recommend confirming any diagnostic or service-call fees ahead of time so there are no surprises. If you’re not comfortable paying approximately $200 for diagnosis before repair costs are discussed, it’s worth getting clarification before scheduling the visit.
